Did not even know CoinFest existed until now.  I am looking forward to the upcoming Fest.  Anyone go last year?

then, i am contacting the government to apply bitcoin payment, i must get it to the larger places.
this time i will grant the standard to pay the rent in bitcoin.

I think that's an awesome idea, of course, but I have no idea what you are referencing or to whom you are responding.  Tongue

Site works fine, for me! As for the ASEAN region, we lack manpower, there. Let me know if you're interested in helping the cause.

I see Chicago is not on the list. If you wish to expand to Chicago, then I would be interested in helping organize a local Coinfest  Smiley

We just require a dedicated organizer. If you or anybody you know can bring CoinFest to Chicago, let's talk.

I am located in Pittsburgh, PA.  I am a show promoter and would like to know if there is anything I can do to help organize in my area!!  We typically organize larger shows that have 10,000 to 15,000 customers walk through the doors.  Let me know if there is anything I can do to assist.

A venue like yours could be useful for CoinFest, since I'm assuming you accept Bitcoin. It might be good to put out the word about the idea and see if anybody wants to help organize a CoinFest event there.

Anybody out there involved in the Kansas City Coinfest? Would be interested in attending that one for sure...
The guy behind it is a pretty passionate fellow. I recommend visiting if you're close by at all. Smiley

Where can I read about the Amsterdam CoinFest 2016 event?

Before 2015 is over, www.coinfest.org/coinfest-2016 will be updated with more details. Each participating city will have a couple sentences about what's going on there, and link to its Facebook/G+ event, Meet Up, EventBrite or dedicated webpage/website. Most of the cities haven't started planning, yet, although Amsterdam will be a lot like Bitcoin Wednesday there usually is.

The CoinFest movement continues to grow around the world. With the addition of Nakuru, Kenya and Il-Imier, Switzerland, there are now 31 cities scheduled to participate in CoinFest 2016. We've almost doubled our record, but still have time to spread to at least a dozen more--see the map below for details.

The Transparency Page has also been updated to account for our new 10-of-15 multisig address. All bitcoins have been successfully moved, thereby fixing our Transparency System. See: http://www.coinfest.org/transparency/
