It seems to me that if you make a deal with someone then steal their property, then try to make a deal with them to return a small portion of it to avoid prosecution, then any deal forced on the victim under duress is unenforceable.

I have a 11.94763347 balance. (My balance is actually listed in my CoinLenders account as 12.94763347, but it looks like I was incorrectly credited twice for a 1BTC CD that matured on November 10.)

I was not listed on DumbFruit's original thread. I have not tried to settle.
