Anyone that was affected by CoinLenders, and illegal unregulated investment bank, whether you are from US or not, I highly recommend you follow this guy's advice.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has filed a civil suit against Trendon Shavers for a similar issue so they are certainly interested in the subject. Trendon Shavers is a US citizen. I don't know TF or where he lives bu if he defrauded US citizens the US can go after him.

The best advice I can give you is call or email this guy from the SEC and give him all the details. If he can't help you maybe he can tell you who can. And the more of you that file a complaint and the more total money lost the more likely they will pursue it.

Still in - I have not reached any form of agreement with TF
10 BTC original investment - Was ~10.6 before the CD was cancelled.

I'm in favor of legal action opposed to making a settlement. It's clear that TF is being deceptive/inconsistent throughout this entire process...

Still In. Original deposit on CL was 1btc, with interest, it had grown to 1.09027010. I would be willing to regain only my original deposit of 1 btc and forgo the interest. At this point, I have not recovered anything and have heard nothing at all from TF.

I spoke to TF when he first made his offer of fiat payouts to see what he could offer me for my 5.06 remaining BTC there that I deposited in June when BTC was at a lower exchange rate, this was the offer I was given

7 BTC deposit 2013-06-14 15:51:23 = $721
3 BTC deposit 2013-06-27 15:19:48 = $303
0.15 BTC deposit Jul 18, 7:04 am = $14
0.05 BTC deposit Jul 20, 7:03 am = $5

0.15 BTC withdrawal 2013-08-28 07:33:17 = -$19

0.57 BTC withdrawal 2013-09-10 11:36:32 = -$74
5.18 BTC withdrawal 2013-10-13 10:20:57 = -$702

Sum 721+303+14+5-19-74-702= $248

Yes $248 for my 5.06BTC, he uses the change in value of BTC over time so that I no longer even get the full fiat value of my original deposit due to having made another deposit and withdrawal since then. So I'd have ended up with a little over 0.3BTC, at this point I declined the offer..... I'd have taken half my balance, but not such an insulting offer as that.

So I'm still in CL for a little over 5.06BTC

I am sorry to tell you this, but you have been scammed. Yes post up how many BTC is supposed to be in CL from your liquidation I'd say.

In that case, My 16 shares at the last traded price would have been worth 2.24BTC and should have been credited to my CL account.
