Alright I am going to put my cock on a block here and say this is unacceptable from coinmarket.io , enough is enough!!!
All we want is a plan of action from there point. Even if it means taking 10% off everyones btc to cover the lost bitcoins, I think everyone could agree to this even if they
are scamming us.
If I treated my customers this way my company would of closed down long time ago, if we treated the iCoin community like this I wouldn't expect iCoin to have a community at all.
Whatever coinmarkets plan is they need to let us know now and we can all move on, the silence on the matter is terrible and leaves a lot of open speculation from the crypto community.
I am giving coinmarket.io until Sunday to reveal a plan to the community and action it immediately thereafter. I am a patient person by nature and my patience has now worn out.
I have enough proof that these matters should of been resolved a lot quicker then it currently has.

Too late coinmarket, I got my response from the police in Oslo today advising the action I take. Kenneth's details are being passed to the police today now.
Here's me hoping that, because I was one of the very few "voices of reason" actually defending the site these past weeks, that I might get some sort of preferential treatment when it comes to my stuck BTC deposit.... 
That'd be a shitty way to do things and, personally, I would satisfy angriest first to avoid possible problems they can cause. Patient ones can wait for a bit longer. Sorry to rain on your parade, just an observation

In the ideal world, where good is being rewarded with good, sure, it would be great, but this is bussiness and this is crypto. Most likely violent ones lost or thought that they lost A LOT of money and KIND OF have a right to be angry, since, lets be honest, CM handled this deal in the worst way possible to calm the community down. If they would've been responsible and responsive from the beginning of this mess, there would be close to none vigilantism, death/police threats and accusations.
Also, don't take this personally, but I would rename what you call "voice of reason" to "naive dellusion". I had and still have hopes to get my DGB back and I liked CM as a trading platform a lot, but the way all this went down did not leave a lot to "hook" trust and hope on.
You should probably stick to using words that you know how to spell correctly.

Any contract where one of the parties knowingly signed without "good faith" is null and void on its face. If it can be proven that CoinMarket was grossly negligent in handling of user goods, or perhaps actively intent on stealing them, then the terms and conditions license will not protect them.
However, they can just say "We were hacked! The coins are gone!" when, in fact, they "accidentally" left the back door open and one of their friends came in and swiped the goods. In this case, you'd need the force of law to prove anything, and they're probably too busy investigating evil things in Norway like labor law violations and illegal health care providers. You're basically going to the police and saying "Hey! These guys stole my Sword of Power and then their Orc's slayed my kingdom! Arrest them!" Yeah, that'll fly.
But maybe they will listen...

Lack of updates, vague responses. No actual substantial progress. I quite liked their threats of legal action for the releasing of information on Kenneth Bjorke. Kind of ironic, seeing as they have millions upon millions of USD worth of your BTC.
