Sorry for the late update. It seemed like our bitcoin server was down for a period of time and zdevi's BTC was stucked in the pending log and was never processed. I've process the BTC and also made sure zdevi is properly compensated for the delay.

How can you be offline for so many days, and never check the site? Your last post said that you will answer all questions within 24 hours, but you didn't do that.

He is waiting for more than 48hours already, as we all know waiting for our own money is suck. I also agree that victor is a great person, but this kind of issue can break his reputation. As an old trusted site, they should do something better on fixing any issues, they should not disappoint their customers.
As what I said before, it is OK to not active in this forum as long as everything is working fine on the site.

It seems not so good, 0.04btc is not a big amount for such casino like coinroyale so I think there is a problem on their deposit system. the site keep having a deposit issues , last month was my last deposit at coinroyale and it's took 48 hours to be credited , they inform me that their wallet are in trouble . but the witdrawal are always instant. i just worry about this deposit issue that keep appears. just don't be rushed , calm down and wait at least for 48 hours.
