Based on mem's suggestion, we've implemented fixed withdraw address to all accounts. Now you can set a fixed withdraw address in Your Account settings. We'll send the funds in your CoinRoyale account to that wallet address in the event of an emergency or your account becomes dormant for more than six months.

We've also updated our Terms of Service to reflect this change.

Our initial guess would be server hosting issues. But we're looking at the log file as well as running further testing to verify and finding the root of the problem.

Hello playing on your game today I came across a problem costing me just over 1btc

I was playing 0.3 hands. I clicked "deal", and it said "dealing..." Nothing happened so I click off of blackjack and went back. Said I had the same balance, So I clicked it again, "dealing..." came up again, so I click off and tried again.I done this a few times.

After I play the hand, it says i have insufficent balance.

I have however not got a pic of this, so i played another hand to show it does the same thing when hitting because you click hit again and it hits twice...

Get this, I click off page, go back on, its hit twice and then goes to site maintenance.

I really dont beleive this is fair, it's like your tricking your customers..

Total loss just over 1 btc

Can you sort this out?

P.S There was some site maintenance at the time and kept letting me play on and off..
