I am joking.  I really think the Black jack is skewed to the house.  I have played thousands of hands on this site and the results are suspicious.  That being said, I do love the video poker and roulette.  Maybe I am missing something but a 33% win clip over thousands of hands is not so sweet.  And these numbers are approximations before someone has a fit and asks me to prove it.  I have played more hands of BJ, online and live, than most and I know an honest game.  I just stopped playing the BJ.  Also, I lose 80 percent of my doubles so I never double. In my opinion, Bitzino is the only place for Black Jack.  But hey, this place is slightly better than Nitrogen, which is saying very little.  I do not doubt other people's testimonials but I can only speak for my own, which is a miserable experience with this BJ.  Tried the multihand and lost 18 out of 20,.  Never again. The slots here are also suspect, although I do not have ample sample size to comment,  Plus slots are stupid.  Their video poker is legit and so is the roulette.  I just wont play the BJ because I cannot win, ever.  The game play is one of the finest out there.  But I think for mobile play, Bitzino and Bitcoin Video Casino are much better.  I have never been comped, as far as I know and I do not understand the bonus.  I only will put in a very small amount like .03 to .1 to play with.  I just want to reiterate that this is just my opinion based on my own personal experience before the minions come out of the woodwork and get their panties all bunched up and cry bloody murder.  take it for what it is worth.   

you can ask OP to investigate this thing and get comp and refund, OP is nice and this site is nice too.

I don't think it is a scam casino, they have paid lots of comps and bug bounties for players, a good one, connection or server errors are normal, you can find this issues in other casinos.

You dont know but there are percentage at the bonus tab to follow. The bonus is released partially which means that you are not obliged to wagered 35x to release the bonus but you can just wagered a few of it get a partial of the bonus. This system is the same kind of which from FortuneJack bonus system if you are familiar with this
