Will the site add a credit balance? I think the balance would be an excellent advantage to overcome price fluctuations, the same thing happened with bitrefill.
I know that this may lead to more troubles, especially with keeping user deposits that you do not accept it directly, but I think you can create custom cards for your site "promo code" as an alternative solution.
It's still on our list to do.
From a UX perspective (If you want to make the user's experience as smooth as possible):
- There is no need to send a confirmation email for both newseletters and account registration, the newsletter subscription should get activated automatically after the user confirms the email on the signup email.
- After clicking the account confirmation link, and in addition to the displayed message, the user should automatically be redirected to the login's page.
- If a user tries to confirm his account for a second time, he should not get
this message. It's misleading. You should tell him that his account is already activated.
- The
dashboard... unless you're planning to add something there, you should remove it. When a user logins in, he should be redirected to the shop directly. It's pointless to show him a page that he won't be using.
- Registration: Since the address, city, postcode and country can be changed after creating the account, you should probably take them off the registration process.
- In the verification page, you should display a progressBar to show the user his current limits.
- There is a need. Legal regulations in EU.
- Possible.
- You're right. We will edit this.
- We are thinking about the dashboard. Maybe we will remove it and show the shop instead.
- Registration: no change planned
- Information is there: "STATUS INFORMATION: NOT VERIFIED". Could be better displayed, wright.
- I'm not sure I understand the limits:
not verified: max. 10.000€ per day, max. 15.000€ in total
verified - level 1: max. 15.000€ in total
What's the difference between the two? The level 1 allow you to buy 15.000€ in one single day? If so, you should make a mention of that. I think it's a bit confusing the way it is.
Yes, with Level 1 you can buy 15.000€ in one single day. Without verification, the limit for a single day is 10.000€.
Maybe it is confusing, but these are legal regulations in the EU. The limits are not our own ideas.
- For the users who buy "as guest" (without registration). What happens if they reach the limits?
If an email reached the limit, a signup is required. (and a verification, depending of the current reached limit)
@OmegaStarScream: Thx one more time for your help. We are happy to have u and ur ideas!
