We added a lot of new Payment Cards. For Example AMEX and Razer Gold for EU. What else you are missing?

Today we will also bring an update to increase the speed of the Coinsbee.com.

i enojy to use your website, can you add paypal gift cards?

Paypal was available (here) but Topuptools (their distributor) stopped to offer Paypal vouchers currently. I asked about it 2 months ago and it was their reply here

...Do you know when will you have Paypal/TopupTools vouchers available? It currently shows me 'No data available in table' (or it's a website error?)
And...

We talked with our distributor. Its a Problem with Topuptools. At the moment they do not offer Paypal and Skrill anymore. We hope they will do it again as fast as possible.

For the Amazon.nl vouchers we will contact our distributor.
I hope PP will come back.

We will consider ur ideas in the next Update.

The last 2 weeks we worked on a very big Update of Coinsbee.com. It's now live. We overworked our categories and Brand Content. Also we made Coinsbee.com much more faster. And we added Mobile Prepaid Cards to Top up ur Phone. https://www.coinsbee.com/en/mobile-recharge-bitcoin
What do you think about the new version of Coinsbee?

We would be very happy to get some feedback.

It's much faster now, I like it! Tongue

Regarding the mobile prepaid cards, do you have any plans to support the MENA region in the future?

-snip-

ps: out of curiosity, what country is shortened as "GCC"?

The gulf countries (Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Emirates).

Just a minor thing I noticed in the main header

"BUY YOUR FAVORITE GIFT CARDS WITH ABOUT 50 CRYPTO CURRENCIES!"

Below, 3 examples are displayed randomly. When it's Advcash, the image logo is missing

Cache-Problem. We will rename the Brand-Image-Folder in a few minutes, so that this problem doesn't exists for our old visitors anymore.

EDIT: Fixed. No cache problem anymore. You see now the brand logos?

The loading time is a lot faster, there is a real difference. A nice improvement with mobile prepaid cards and categories too

Yes, with Level 1 you can buy 15.000€ in one single day. Without verification, the limit for a single day is 10.000€.
Maybe it is confusing, but these are legal regulations in the EU. The limits are not our own ideas.

@OmegaStarScream: Thx one more time for your help. We are happy to have u and ur ideas!

Always glad to help Smiley

I understand that users have to verify their identity because of legal regulations but I was referring to the way you're showing the limits:

Code:
not verified: max. 10.000€ per day, max. 15.000€ in total
verified - level 1: max. 15.000€ in total

IMO the above gives the impression that there is no difference between a verified (level 1) account and an unverified one. I was basically suggesting to add max. 15.000€ per day to the second line to make it more understandable. Are there any regulations that prevents that?

Quote
Information is there: "STATUS INFORMATION: NOT VERIFIED". Could be better displayed, wright.

I meant something like this:

Code:
1456€/15000€

So the user knows how more can he buy before being asked to verify his identity.

Will the site add a credit balance? I think the balance would be an excellent advantage to overcome price fluctuations, the same thing happened with bitrefill.
I know that this may lead to more troubles, especially with keeping user deposits that you do not accept it directly, but I think you can create custom cards for your site "promo code" as an alternative solution.

It's still on our list to do.

From a UX perspective (If you want to make the user's experience as smooth as possible):

- There is no need to send a confirmation email for both newseletters and account registration, the newsletter subscription should get activated automatically after the user confirms the email on the signup email.
- After clicking the account confirmation link, and in addition to the displayed message, the user should automatically be redirected to the login's page.
- If a user tries to confirm his account for a second time, he should not get this message. It's misleading. You should tell him that his account is already activated.
- The dashboard... unless you're planning to add something there, you should remove it. When a user logins in, he should be redirected to the shop directly. It's pointless to show him a page that he won't be using.
- Registration: Since the address, city, postcode and country can be changed after creating the account, you should probably take them off the registration process.
- In the verification page, you should display a progressBar to show the user his current limits.

- There is a need. Legal regulations in EU.
- Possible.
- You're right. We will edit this.
- We are thinking about the dashboard. Maybe we will remove it and show the shop instead.
- Registration: no change planned
- Information is there: "STATUS INFORMATION: NOT VERIFIED". Could be better displayed, wright.

- I'm not sure I understand the limits:

Code:
not verified: max. 10.000€ per day, max. 15.000€ in total
verified - level 1: max. 15.000€ in total

What's the difference between the two? The level 1 allow you to buy 15.000€ in one single day? If so, you should make a mention of that. I think it's a bit confusing the way it is.

- For the users who buy "as guest" (without registration). What happens if they reach the limits?

If an email reached the limit, a signup is required. (and a verification, depending of the current reached limit)

Our supplier does not know about the problem.
Can the user possibly contact our support or send us a PN here with which code the problem occurred?
According to our supplier this cannot be a general problem.

I told him and he said that he'll reach out to you (using the site).

What else do you miss? At the moment we work on a big Update for better performance, content and design.

In addition to what hugeblack said and what I suggested sometime ago:

u can also buy without an account. But we need the E-mail, because you will get the code for the giftcard/visa card..... via E-mail. We use the E-mail only to send u the code.

I didn't assume they're from Iran based on the flag. The user who reported the issue did reachout to CashU's support and they told him these cards were issued in Iran and can only be redemeed there. You may want to check that with your distributor.

If it doesn't have to be a rectangle, maybe you can create something like this one (Source: Google image).

Thanks. The visual bug is fixed. This was a problem with a whitespace at the end of the brand.

The region for these cards is Levant not Iran. The used flag is the problem. I don't know, which flag I can you to visualize the Levant region. Do you have an idea for this?

I found a visual bug on the site. Here is how to reproduce it:

1. Go to https://www.coinsbee.com/en/shop
2. Type "CashU" in the search box.

Results: 4 demonations (10, 30, 50 & 100 USD)

However, if you go to https://www.coinsbee.com/en/CashU%20-bitcoin

Then, you will notice that only the 10 USD cards are showing.

Also, I would like to add that a user from the arabic localboard reported that the CashU cards are only redemaable in Iran. You might be using the Iranian flag, but writing "Levant" makes it misleading, especially when Iran is not part of the Levant (Cyprus, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, and Turkey).
