Information to the confirmation: https://support.coingate.com/en/29/my-invoice-shows-confirming-and-seems-to-be-stuck

If you use Bitcoin or Litecoin, we recommend using of Lightning:
https://support.coingate.com/en/105/what-is-lightning-network-and-how-do-i-use-it

We recommend not to use an exchange service (such as Bitcoin.de, etc.) for payment . As the crypto currencies are often sent with considerable delay, the accepted time of our payment partner CoinGate has already expired. We recommend to use one of many Open Source Wallets (e.g. Electrum).

and thinking about it now, it might be for North Africa (not sure what the C could stand for tho).

Currently a new information: NAC stands for North African Countries. I have added these written out information to the list, so it should be clearer.
The supplier wrote, that it is: Algeria - Egypt - Libya - Morocco - Tunisia

NAC stands for North America and the Caribbean
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_country_groupings#N

Rarely used, usually in politic/geopolitics

Thank you for this information. I will discuss this with the backend. From my point of view this makes little sense and it would be better to assign the vouchers to the appropriate countries. Because "nobody" knows what NAC means...

Would it be possible to get a confirmation about this anytime soon? AFAIK, CashU doesn't offer their services outside of the MENA region, China and Hong kong, so it's very unlikely that NAC is a reference to North America and the Caribbean...and thinking about it now, it might be for North Africa (not sure what the C could stand for tho).

hey dave,
at the moment we don't have that point on the road map. But we have to discuss that. Other Option is to have better prices without cash back. But we have to calculate this option carefully.

Crypto Swap Exchange
Do you have any plans to implement a cash back / stats back like fold / bitrefill?
Loyalty points & programs do work. I use all 3 services but when all things come down to it that 1% or 2% cash back does matter.

Btw, I've noticed that you've added NAC to your list of regions. What is it short of? I googled but nothing is coming up.

I have contacted our backend team and they will correct these regions to official region codes. At the moment, I can't say, what NAC is. The same question was for GCC at support. We try to fix these region codes as fast as possible.

UPDATE:
Regarding the mobile phone providers, we have added again many providers. Now, there are about 440 providers from about 148 countries online!

You mean like an address book from which you can select the phone number?
It's possible. We'll discuss it and put it on the todo. I can't promise when we'll get to that, though. We have a lot of work to do right now.

Yes, that's exactly what I meant. It doesn't necessarily have to be in your dashboard, you can just have it on the checkout page. It's not the most important feature obviously, but I think a lot of people would find it quite helpful.

We did a big update today. We added more than 300 mobile phone providers worldwide. You can TopUp ur phone now easily. Do u miss an operator?
A short feedback would be really great.

Great job, I can see that most of the providers I was looking for are there Tongue  But I remember you saying that you'll be accepting around 1500? What happened to the other 1200?

Currently, we have 300 providers. There are still some providers on our list to integrate. We will inform here when these are also integrated.
The 1500 are a wrong indication of the suppliers. There are not so many providers. Also there are always providers who disappear from the market etc.

- Ability to save phone numbers with labels. If you're topping up to other people as I do, it can be difficult to know who owns which number without going back to your phone, since the browser autoComplete only save the phone.

- Also, I feel like this page can be more "user friendly": A user types his phone number > Coinsbee automatically detects the operator and country > user can either confirm and top up or change the operator (assuming that it's possible for you to get the operator/country wrong).

It's already on our todo list. Will come in the next weeks as an update.

Would you consider accepting monero as payment?

I'd like to see that as well but I can see that CoinGate doesn't support Monero so the solution here would be to either run a Monero node, or switch to another payment processor.

The easiest way would be, if Monero contact Coingate: https://coingate.com/list
If Coingate integrate Monero, we will accept this Coin.
But apart from that, we already have on our todo list to integrate more coins. So there will probably be more coins added later this year.

There are a couple of features that I'd like to suggest:

Please refrain from such insinuations. A reply from us can be found in your thread.

We are currently working on significantly more mobile phone top-ups. In the course of the next week a bigger update will follow here.

what we know, there are problems at the moment with paypal and skrill. We are working on a solution to have the cards again in stock. It will take at least 3-4 months. We cannot promise that we can take the cards back in stock.

I think that the idea is very good but a lot of depends from the realization of idea. What shops will accept such give cards? How to increase the number of the shops.

The typical nonsense post on Bitcointalk. The first sentence is unclear and generic, you can post the same in thousands of topics.
As to your question of what shops accept gift cards: Obviously the stores offering to pay with gift cards. Of course, if you use a Nike voucher to pay on Amazon it won't work

Topuptools decided to remove Skill? Look like they're focusing on Asia and Russian market now, what has changed since?
