Could you maybe lower the amount of confirmations needed before receiving a gift card, or is that not in your control?

6 confirmations for a 20EUR giftcard seems a bit excessive and unnecessary, and would be something that would drive me to your competitors.

No confirmations are required. I've been using the site for a few months now and I never had any delays and I just did another test:

I just bought a 10 GBP VCC. I got an email from Coingate saying that the payment is complete just after sending the payment and shortly after, I got my code from Coinsbee as well.

TXID (Unconfirmed at the time of writing): https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/9941b8df97a3708c30cdc9ab5e21ac70351d76507f86459a91b3e1a6e70d2d6b

I'm pretty sure i just waited for 6 confirmations for a 20 euro giftcard last week. Perhaps you do something i don't?

I'll try it out. (https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transaction/1c5576df3feb42329fcd88d6b175ad4436405cc412adf19b5cbfd7b3aebbd674)

Perhaps it's because I'm using RBF? still, 1 confirmation should suffice.

Update: received my first confirmation. My inbox is still empty and it now says 1/6. https://i.imgur.com/DgvAAbP.png

Looks like we got 5 more confirmations to go.

I ordered from the site multiple times in the past, and I don't remember having to wait for that much. I've just tried to make a small order to confirm this (10 GBP) and as expected, I received my code instantly.

It appears that no confirmations are required for orders under 50EUR. If you order more than that, you have to wait for one confirmation .

Other than that, your service works great! (And it seems i got a better rate than your competitors for the GC i bought, which is nice, i guess.)

Oh thanks but I didn't notice it, I expected to see it on the top. With @OmegaStarScream's comment look like I'm not the only one.

Adding an idea to one of his suggestions below, I don't think it has been suggested before.

Account registration/login system. Don't make it required though. People should still be able to buy gift cards even if they don't make an account.
- User panel (My orders, saved/bookmarked GCs, etc.)
If a day it is something done, selling Coinsbee gift cards would be nice.

I wanted to suggest to make a members panel and lets us deposit coins in the Coinsbee's system. It's good for the regular shoppers, for example, we could deposit $100, buy a $10 gift card today, and use the remaining later.
But I understand it's something sensible since Coinsbee will have to store the coins of the members.

Instead, we could buy Coinsbee gift cards, for example, I buy a $100 voucher and use it when I want in the shop, all at once or not.
For Coinsbee, it doesn't store the user's funds, it's a product sold. For the users, seeing "Your balance is 0.1BTC" or "Your Coinsbee points balance is xxx" it doesn't really make a difference.

And same here, if you plan to translate the website I would volunteer too for free (I speak French only)

The shopping cart button is there. You don't need to buy another product to go to the shopping cart.

It's barely noticeable. It would be better to move it to the top of the page (header) where the 'Buy now' button is located. That's where everyone expects it to be anyway.

A few more suggestions (some time-consuming ones):

- Account registration/login system. Don't make it required though. People should still be able to buy gift cards even if they don't make an account.
- User panel (My orders, saved/bookmarked GCs, etc.)
- After implementing the above, make an app.
- Holding a GC for users: since you have limited stock for gift cards, it could be a good idea to add this feature. Basically, If a user is logged-in and adds a GC to his cart/bag, it should be held for him for an hour before being removed.
- Use checkboxes to filter. Ability to choose multiple 'brands' or 'regions' in one search.

I also found a bug with the filtering system, here is one way (out of many) to reproduce it:

1. Go to the shop.
2. Choose any region from the filter (say the 'Levant' region) and a brand ('CashU')
3. Go back to click 'All' in the region. You'll notice that the filter brand will change to 'All' as well.

The problem: No worldwide GCs will show, and all regions will disappear from the list. To get it to work, you'll have to choose another brand and then choose 'All' again. In other words, when you change the region to 'All' (in #3), the brand is not really changing from 'CashU' to 'All' even though it shows otherwise.

Also, if you're interested in supporting more languages, I could help translating your website to Arabic and/or French. (free of charge)

The update is online!
We have integrated a shopping card. You can now buy multiple vouchers in one purchase!
Also you see now the prices of the gift cards also in € and $.

How do you like the update? Are there any other suggestions for improvement?

Time-saving, thanks ^^

 2 other suggestions

- Geolocation to get automatically the vouchers available for my country. (If a visitor comes from a country without gift cards listed then he gets the default listing like it is currently)

- A shopping cart button on the top of the page, because when I finished shopping I don't know where to go to pay. The link coinsbee.com/en/shoppingcart is displayed nowhere. So I need to add another card, click 'go to the shopping cart' and remove the last gift card added

Yes, I'm referring to the virtual MasterCard (EU).

I managed to use it just fine on Euroflorist, but when I tried to use the rest of the balance on Spotify, the error I mentioned above started to show. I've tried changing the country to a few European countries but that didn't help. Do you happen to know in which country these cards (EU ones) are made?

We don't know this. Maybe you can see this information at https://www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com ?
If you google your problem https://www.google.com/search?q=Your+payment+method+and+country+don%27t+match you see, that many users have problems with different countrys regarding spotify. Maybe you find a solution in a search result.

As for the Spotify gift cards, they seem to be country-restricted (based on the country you registered from, and unlike when using credit cards, that cannot be changed) as well, but I'll try to make another account with a different location and try.

You mean the virtual visa/mastercards?

There you can select US, UK, EU, CA and AU. Thats the region of origin our distributor communicate to us.
In which region u are? And which card you bought?

Normally all works fine with the virtual visa/mastercards.

We also have Spotify vouchers in stock.

I have a question regarding the VCCs. When we are asked to give our country and address, is that just to collect info about users or the cards are actually issued based on the info we gave? Like, if I choose "Malaysia" for example, would that make it a Malaysian card? If not, which country are they issued in? Because I'm trying to pay for my Spotify and it keeps returning an error saying: Your payment method and country don't match.

Coingate is fine, too. Maybe it was a temporary Coingate problem in the night. We had many successful purchases since the night.

Crypto Swap Exchange
Just tried to get one of the new AMEX cards using lightning.
Transaction failed. Looks like something on CoinGates end.

Just did a quick purchase though someplace else for about the same amount and it went though.
