I can't send a screenshot because if I click the customer service button there is no further response and no new window opens
The only issue was even on my first withdrawal request because it was rejected but they fix it asap.
After that time, all withdrawal was smooth and fast, no more rejection or other issue.
Maybe there is technical issue on the system when you experience it, but for sure nothing to worry as long as we can still contact support.
I've experienced a long pending process twice, it took about 5 hours for my withdrawal to be approved, usually it's fast and smooth. Maybe you are right, they are having problems with the payment system. But everything is fine, my withdrawal was successful
