I’m just asking for an update after 8hrs of waiting while they promise a 2hrs waiting for this maintenance to finish. I message them just once this morning yet his reply seems like I already asked for update multiple times. I swear I will not gonna ask again!  Grin

Have you tried withdrawing your fund and does not experience any delay? I think there is no issue on the display of the balance but rather the crediting of the deposit and processing of withdrawal.

Yesterday I made a deposit and withdrawal. I waited around 4 hours for my deposit to be recorded in the site balance and waited around 5 hours for the withdrawal to reach my wallet. It may be annoying but as long as they are committed to fixing it, it's certainly no problem and I'll be back in a few days when everything is back to normal.

I experienced a similar issue last week with a pending deposit using TRON blockchain USDT. It took about 4-8 hours to resolve my deposit issue but the support team assured me it would be fixed as soon as possible but it didn't. Also they didn't provide the reason for the delay. It's not about the Tron blockchain because when I checked the explorer the transaction was already confirmed but the USDT is still not credited to my account. It was credited after 4-8 hours.

Probably on their side because I notice that remove a lot of fiat currency option in their deposits. I still manage to play few days ago without any problem both withdrawal and deposit. I’m not sure if this issue is persistent on last few days when I’m not making a deposit.

It is obviously on their side since the deposit is successfully transferred on the given address.  Probably the casino is experiencing some glitches on their system whih I think is sometimes unavoidable.  The good thing is that it was been fixed and the deposited amount is credited even if it takes longer than what is anticipated.

@panjul, now that you mention about possible hack. I become more scared about my pending deposit.  I hope that I read the chat box before I made deposit. Cheesy

If there is a hack then the casino will notify their users, there will be leaked news if the casino don't.

I noticed there was a UI update on the coins site. I assume this outage is part of site maintenance. Yesterday I also had time to wait for deposits and withdrawals but everything was finished. I haven't made another deposit since their site update but I hope things get back to normal.

This might probably be causing the problem, but thinking of it, the back-end shouldn't be affected by the UI update since UI happens in the front-end while deposits goes to the back-end system of the casino if I am not mistaken.

i understand your answer. But much people have this problems since today. I have some Pictures made from the Chat. I never bet like this... no game which i played was bet this balance... Other player should bet 250$ also on one game. Other log also in and find a withdrawable or no balance left on the account.

Support don't help at this time. So i write to this Forum. Maybe other players will write this problems to.

Just waiting for technical support and refund or explanation. Because all beginning this morning to coins.game.

Maybe somebody of Coins.game read this an can send me a pm.

I have the same problem you can take a look in my Account? In the morning i have a btc withdrawal near 300$ on a btc adress i never know and never make. This was canceled from Support. After some minutes later i see how this btc balance was smaller and smaller now i have nothing on balances. But i never play like this.  Plz check all and refund my balance.  Chat is not working now also. I like this Casino and want to continue playing but i want to win or lose this money with playing not with a hack or some problems.

You should ask the support to check your IP login if there’s any changes to your regular IP address? Your chance of getting help will be high if you didn’t use VPN to login and stick to your regular IP.

The betting pattern is very hard to use as an evidence because you can deliberately involved on high risk game then report to support that your account is suspiciously hacked when loss. This case will be different if multiple users reported the same issue.

As far as I'm concerned, there's a technical issue from the payment provider side. They are working on fixing it. As soon as it gets fixed, all the payment will be processed.

Funds are SAFU.

I just hope that they should temporarily disable the deposit just like what they did on fiat deposits so that user will not deposit and wait for long time until they finished the maintenance.  Undecided

Seems to be true, I also read some complaints in the chat room about deposit and long withdrawal.
It seems they are experiencing technical issue with their wallet but hope they will fix it as soon as possible.
Maybe coins.game need to have live support who can actively inform the situation in the chat room or at least give a notification if there is on going issue at the site to avoid complaints and disappointment from players.
At least having more active mods in the chat room will help a bit IMO because I read someone talk about "hack" as well which may make others feel afraid of the situation.

Do you already have personal customer support on telegram? Try to contact them to easily solve the issue. You are a VIP level 6 so I’m sure you already have personal customer support since I got them when I’m on your level.

I think the problem is really from your browser or you got disabled accidentally by the support. Try to contact them while your account is logout just to make sure what is the cause of the problem. Normally, You can still contact support when logout besides try to load the casino longer until all games is already visible.
If the user can wait, sharing more details even in screenshot can be paused for a while.

I always see risk when sharing personal details and because the user already informed the team in this announcement thread as well as in that support channel. I am really sure the team will return to him with an official reply after they complete internal investigation about the case.

Avoid leaking as many personal details as possible is a good practice in general.

It’s strange because I’m currently able to contact the support right now via mobile version. Can you share screenshot on what it looks like so that the representative may forward it to the devs.

I still can't contact customer service using my mobile device. Maybe there's something wrong with my browser, I'm using chrome. I'll try using a different browser or maybe I need to update it, because a few days ago I was still able to contact customer service via mobile device
