I experienced a similar issue last week with a pending deposit using TRON blockchain USDT. It took about 4-8 hours to resolve my deposit issue but the support team assured me it would be fixed as soon as possible but it didn't. Also they didn't provide the reason for the delay. It's not about the Tron blockchain because when I checked the explorer the transaction was already confirmed but the USDT is still not credited to my account. It was credited after 4-8 hours.
Probably on their side because I notice that remove a lot of fiat currency option in their deposits. I still manage to play few days ago without any problem both withdrawal and deposit. I’m not sure if this issue is persistent on last few days when I’m not making a deposit.
It is obviously on their side since the deposit is successfully transferred on the given address. Probably the casino is experiencing some glitches on their system whih I think is sometimes unavoidable. The good thing is that it was been fixed and the deposited amount is credited even if it takes longer than what is anticipated.
@panjul, now that you mention about possible hack. I become more scared about my pending deposit. I hope that I read the chat box before I made deposit.
If there is a hack then the casino will notify their users, there will be leaked news if the casino don't.
I noticed there was a UI update on the coins site. I assume this outage is part of site maintenance. Yesterday I also had time to wait for deposits and withdrawals but everything was finished. I haven't made another deposit since their site update but I hope things get back to normal.
This might probably be causing the problem, but thinking of it, the back-end shouldn't be affected by the UI update since UI happens in the front-end while deposits goes to the back-end system of the casino if I am not mistaken.
Actually, problems with pending deposits or withdrawals are normal if Coins management makes an official announcement regarding the maintenance they are carrying out, so that we users don't have negative thoughts, but so far all my funds are fine.
Have you tried withdrawing your fund and does not experience any delay? I think there is no issue on the display of the balance but rather the crediting of the deposit and processing of withdrawal.
