Yes once I found a free vpn and then connected via Japan the verification went through smooth. I will see now if the withdrawal gets processed.

EDIT: Upon attempting a withdrawal I had an 'Error Contact Support' message. Support say 'Please wait 48 hours for your account information.'. I have no idea what this means but we will see what happens.

It says Please wait 48 hours for your account information and there might be some missing text like "To get verified" or something similar. As their Bitcointalk representative already said, you should be able to withdraw your funds now. Try to withdraw your funds and let the community know if it went through or you may need some additional help from them.

It makes common sense that what you were trying to achieve. Why did you ask support about whether UK players are accepted or not when you could see the terms and conditions while now you are saying we are changing terms and conditions which is a lie? You told me in PM that you have provided all the necessary documents but never mentioned that you were unable to submit the KYC and only now sharing this.

The verification within the browser of coins.game does not work for uk players. A popup appears stating 'Error. Not available for your country'. So I contacted their support and they said to email the details to them. I have done so but I have not received any reply from them in a week. Even after contacting the representative on here I have not received any further communication.

With regards to multi accounts - I always log in via google login. I may have logged in on another google account once or twice but I have never used the platform at all apart from on my one main account. They are fully aware of this.

For now I will wait and see if they ever actually communicate. Communication is vital here. If they knew how to communicate perhaps I would not of had to make this thread. If nothing in a few days I will start with all the screenshots.

You don't have any proof of claiming this. The user is making an issue of resident from the UK but we have nothing to do with that. We will process his withdrawal regardless of which country he is from. However, due to some suspicious activity, we found out that the user has multiple accounts. We asked for verification and he didn't go through the verification. We have asked him go through verification and take his money.

Why does support is ignoring him at first place? You can simply provide him the evidence that you find out to connect him with multiple account. Anyway, the accuser should provide evidence to prove his claim including support ignoring him.

This guy 'Denis Coins' replied to me via pm 'you have used multiple accounts' and then simply stopped responding. It is impossible to resolve issues with zero communication at all.

Stay well away from this company is my advice for now.

If I am not wrong, BitcoinTalk representatives and the support are not the same person. Would you mind posting the screenshot you wanted to share? Accusing for multiple accounts comes 2nd. The first allegation was they changed the TOS without letting you know that player from UK are not allowed now. Is that issue was solved? What is the status of your account now? Is it banned or what? Did you able to withdraw the remaining balance or was is confiscated? If you do not share any detailed information and yet you asking others to avoid the platform, how do we know the truth?

I checked the site, registered and tried the 100 free spin.  Got some winnings but the the amount won on the FS cannot be used to wager unless the player deposited a certain amount on top of the x20 wagering requirement to claim the winnings from the FS.  This is more likely a click bait scheme, although disappointed that I cannot use the amount won on the FS bonus upon registration as a normal wager to fill the wagering requirement, I understand that it maybe done to avoid being exploited.

Anyway, the site is pretty fast to load there are lots of games to play with and the arrangement of games is pretty much neat especially the slots.  Games are easier to find since there are dedicated tab for each game aside for the search function.
