I’m curious on what kind of promotion you prepared for but make sure that it covers new and old registered account as eligible to claim your bonus. I don't know the reason that motivated the ban on some jurisdictions like Spain or France (most crypto casinos I have tested before took these measures in the case of citizens of the US, but it is not commonly applied to European countries). The email says it all. You had a fraudulent activity that caused the cancellation of your bet and we sincerely asked you to take your deposit. We didn't rob you. It clearly says, "Your deposits are available for withdrawal." Haven't you withdrawn?

By far this your casino has been one of the few that caught my interest as a newly launched casino because normally I don't like testing out new casino especially when it comes to making deposit but after I did surf through your website I saw that the whole is set up is pretty nice and since am a fan of crash and soccer game I decided to check it out and believe me I was impressed from the steadiness of the crash atleast there is lots of space for you to actually do a cashout unlike one of the casino which I tried here that the whole thing was just skipping making it difficult to even cash out your funds. It is nice to see that this casino would get a positive feedback here.
