My 12,000 pesos (equivalent to $200 USD) withdrawal always gets canceled. According to customer support, the reason why this always happens is

No offense buddy but I find this question funny. Suppose I developed a casino and you are asking me why did you develop a casino. Isn't it obvious why I build a platform? Not only Jet on coins.game but there are tens or even more casinos out there who have their token coin. Some of them worth a dollar and some others are purely numbers and does not have any value. I am sure you heard about bc game. They BCD and it's their platform's stable coin, Even though they launched it on blockchain right now, BCD does not existed on the blockchain when they introduced at the beginning. There are a few more casinos. I think it's obvious that casinos design a coin to reward their players which can be converted to real crypto.

I don't get what you guys are babbling on about. JET is effectively just reward points that can be converted into cash. Just like any other reward points on your average platform. It absolutely does not need to be backed up by any sort of liquidity.

Sure, you are liable, just like Tether USDT is liable to provide if you redeem the tokens. However it's a complex procedure involving huge fees with huge minimum deposit amount. So there are only few holders who would even do that. And without an audit you could have more JET than USD, that would only show if more people were exchanging to it then you have a budget for.

And you didn't answer to queston that was: Why does it exist? And while i am on it, can you also answer to why not call it USD if value is pegged to USD? It's basically USD anyway.

Do you have plans for far future to bring $JET on a blockchain and make it exchangeable on exchanges, decentralized and centralized exchanges? I ask if for far future because you must have a big casino, get good community interest in the $JET in-house currency, then deploy it on a blockchain and that will be a milestone for that currency and your casino. But I know Rome must be built gradually.

I don't think you can skip the registration procedure and it's not advisable in the first place because the site can ask you to submit your KYC documents later on for various reasons and the information should match.

If they don't match, they won't release your funds.

Betting using the Fiat currency is also not what I like so far and I always avoid not to use a bank account to make transactions for some reason.

It does not matter if the fiat currency of my country is IDR that is not supported in this casino because I really don't need to make a deposit with the Fiat currency.
