Dun naman sa part na need ng KYC verified para maka-transfer, sigurado ako puwede kahit hindi pa fully verified. Nung di pa ako nag-uundergo ng KYC sa Paymaya nakakapagtransfer ako sa GCASH. Bale iyong number verification lang yan or Basic kung tawagin. So dahil nakapag-KYC na ako, di ko alam kung ganyan pa rin ang terms ngayon regarding Basic account. Pero ikaw mismo pwedeng ma-verify yan, itry mo ngayon and check mo kung gagana.
Confirming na nagbago na ng terms si Paymaya regarding sa basic account na can only be use to buy load, pay bills and received money(bawal na mag transfer at withdraw to bank). About naman sa pag upgrade kay Paymaya it takes 48 hours to check all the information kaya matagalan at kinakailangan ng patience (from my exp.).
If I remember it right, it was August when Paymaya changed the terms for Basic Accounts. Everyone now should be fully verified to be able to transfer. Before, even basic accounts can freely withdraw anytime.
Agree with the 48 hours period in KYC but sometimes less. In the case of craizrezx20, I think this is the first time I hear that the Paymaya KYC took almost a week and the support doesn't respond to him.
