For those of you who have no idea how the real world works:
So, Kayne wants to sue someone outside of the US. In order to actually be able to hold them in court, you would have to travel to the country of origin and employ a lawyer who is a citizen of that nation and hold court in that nation, and even then the chances of them pursuing any action without you being a national citizen yourself are slim to none. There's this little thing called "In Absentia" here in the US that allows court cases to proceed without the defendant in a case like this -- but only in the US. Sure, they started a civil lawsuit --
that's only enforceable in the US. Criminal court is a little more flexible when it comes to cross-country cases, but civil courts have no jurisdiction outside of US borders and the only way for the suit to have any grounds is if
A. the defendant has dual citizenship for both the accusing and origin nations
B. the defendant has a business within US borders
Really now, there's no reason to make something so simple so complicated with all the idiotic interjections and speculations. You should have noticed in that paperwork that one of the main defendants is
Amazon.com, the only reasonably-vunerable defendant in the US......clearly Kanye is butthurt that he can't win, and now is going on a witchhunt to save his reputation and not fall into the gayfish stereotype.
