I still want the velocity to be close to that of a normal 22. Subsonic is exactly the ammo I need.

Go with .45ACP, its subsonic, and has a lil oommphh to it Wink

i think trying to fire .45acp through a .22lr suppressor would be bad.

Your can is the wrong size, get one thats .45
