Mistakes are inevitable and no one plans to make mistake but it is because of risk that mistake happen. I would like to agree you with you but here I also want to mention that those people don't have to go afraid about committing mistakes who have learn from their mistakes but those who don't learn from there mistakes and keep doing the same mistakes again and again for those I think it's a really a thing to be afraid.

1) Your mistakes towards gamble might make you to regret ever knowing what gamble is or knowing the word gamble. There some mistakes that it not ment to be made because it can ruin one's life.
2) Your mistake might lead to your success, most mistakes that led to our success are very rare. It doesn't come the way we expects it. However, since it's called mistakes it also means that we won't know when we are doing them.

From my experience in gambling and trust me as I have over 20 years experience in gambling since early 2000-s,the only thing which will help you and many others become a responsible gambler is the lack of money at your disposal to gamble.There is a disproportion in the sense that the more money you have the less of a responsible gambler you are,the less money you have the more responsible gambler you become.
