i am having difficulties when i have to control my temper in gambling because this happen to me no matter i getting loss or win in the game. my big difficulties is being greedy when i see i can win the games with easy and i want to win in every time but its not happen.
There is a solution it deals with a keyboard and smashing it very relaxing till you have to go buy a new one.
There are really people would always mind on their past games which could contribute on their emotions and would rage up their temper and with that they would make wrong decision when they do gambling thats why its really important to control our temper and we should not flashback the past.
That will be a never ending emotions, when we gamble we should always think fresh and forget our previous losses, that more we chase are looses the more we lose.
I get very pissed off and upset when I lose lol !! I bet what I dont really want to lose. Then when I start losing I give up hope and gamble wildly. I actually would be far ahead on profits of I knew when to stop because once I went from only 0.006 to 0.20 so that would habe made up for all !my loses plus interest.

Getting emotional in anything just makes the thing worse. That's why it is said when you take decision think logically with cool mind. This things also is applied in gambling too. It is art of controlling temper and those people who have good over themselves most of the times make profit in gambling. It is not solution going blindly to place bets in any games.
And that's why its said " don't take decisions when you are upset and don't make promises when you happy " since both the situation changes our mind and hence we can take wrong decisions while when happy we can make some promises which we never actually meant so much. 
This is a good guidelines especially for those who done have control their temper in gambling. Ego and perseverance to win are the one who ate people when they gamble. So that's why there are so many people who destroyed their lives in gambling.

Me too though I hardly gamble but whenever I do that, I firs of all gamble on sports since that gives me a satisfaction that my team loose, and I enjoy with friends those matches. I hardly even care about my bets, like there was a match where I wanted Messi to score a goal, while if that happen I would loose. 
Another tip: What you lost is lost. Don't ever try to recover the money. Because you'll end up losing more every time. EVERY TIME!
Good tip but hard to follow! Its easier to say when we were at normal condition. But when we faced lose while gambling we will to forget it! We tend to chase our lose as soon as possible and we regret at the end!

Even that is little bit funny to read this only a wife can say stop playing, I know that is true so that I am agreed with you, this is reality we all are greedy by nature because we want more and more with little amount and that is the reason we are crying after losing our amount.
It's pretty simple, never bet more money than you care about. For some people, this is a few satoshi, for others who are millionaires, let's say, risking and losing a few hundred or a few thousand is nothing and doesn't affect them at all.
And those rich people are not making them angry even though they are losing thousands or hundreds of dollars that they have.
But for us who are just small time gamblers even a single dollar would already make us angry and when it already started that is losing our focus as we gamble.
So controlling of temper is really important as you gamble.
