It is easier to say than done , I tried to implement some of your rules in the past but i just can't stop my temper from trying to recover my loss when i am losing and my greediness when i am winning. It is just hard to control your temper when you are already losing or luck is favoring you. So in the end i always end up losing every bits i have.
Don't try to compete against the house. That is what the casino wants. If you lost some money, tried to recover once and didn't, it's time to go home. I understand that you want to retrieve what you already lost, but that isn't the best option, you should start controlling yourself better, step by step, this way you can become a better gambler.

The big problem is the potencial earning gambling may give you, soo sometimes you will risk your money into it, there is no way to say no i wont spent a single coin into gambling, there is a risk and who plays does know it, the thing is how to stay away or control those before it ruins a life.

In the past i tryed sports betting, me and my brothers we made the same deposit 50 euro, my brother has withdraw 100 euros after a while, i had reached 60-70 euro and then i found casinos games, i just spend 80% from my balance into it, then i lost the bets and my balance. The thing is you must limit your stop loss, i had made just one deposit and i knew if i loose all the balance i wouldnt make any new deposit, otherwise i would be trying to recover the loss putting the money once again at risk.

I have to say my greediness controlling my temper because I want to win it all. As a first timer before, I said that to myself a lot of times. I want to win for the first time and I never realized it will not happen. If you win the first time, it must be luck. If you are continuing winning, it must be an expertise.
