Emotions or temper is actually the reason most of times when someone loses in gambling... because once you lose some bets in a row then you become angry and then you keep increasing your bet to recover your loses and what happens?? To keep your temper in control you should ask some friends to follow you when you playing.
And ask them to remind and stop you once you have passed the limit , this might work. Goodluck!

It's hard not to get your emotions involved especially with how the results of gambling affects us. everybody know most people who get busted and losing money in gambling are those people who gamble on high tension they did not play with their head but they play with temper/emotion who always ask you to bet doubled than previously.

it was a wrong thing that always gambler do , you can not hold it and you can not control it that time but you can always build a plan to avoin that thing happened.

If you know how to control your emotions and temper in gambling then that would be great. But if you're in another way around then expect a bad result when you gamble. I know a lot of friends whose not good at temper they always lose a lot of money in casinos.

this issue is one of the most important things in gambling.
and you have to do something about it. this is not one of those things that you can ignore and they go away.

you have to start practicing self control and try to control your emotions in order to make better bets. you can also use bots and set them to an automatic mode so they decide for you so you don't get emotional.

But that is not helping us, instead of helping us it is dragging us into losing so my experience with it is fact. That is a good way to control your temper especially when you are on losing streak what you need to do is be calm and try to listen to some relaxing musics. I guess instrumental music are the ones that is going to make you relax and when you feel that you are now calm and relaxed then that is the right time to go gambling again.

Your game plan must be initiated at all cost, you can control your temper if you are playing with discipline as that is normal to feel mix emotion in gambling as it is a game of chances and we lose and win during our gambling session. If we will not be able to control our temper there's a big chance our entire bankroll will be wipe out in one bet.

Yes discipline is one of the key to control your emotion and temper when you gamble. Know your limits and boundaries especially if you're on a losing streak. Accept losing today and try your luck in another day.

i think one of the most difficult job is to control temper in gambling and that is the key to success, as i have seen so many people even though they knew the limit of their pocket but still they continue loosing money in gambling for loan.

It is hard to control your temper when gambling, much more if the situation is losing than winning. Aside from that, if you are hearing some loud scream that gives a sign of victory on some and it is not happening to you, it can create negative emotions. Not only that, in the gambling area, people will give you the look that you are a loser. If you cannot control your temper or if you are an ill tempered individual, this is not a place for you. If you think you think it will arise on you, you must get out of the venue for a while to breathe in breathe out. And that can lead into their emotions to be bad and anger. Once you lose, it is going to make you fall down and keep on making you angry so that is really important to control your temper as you gamble.

Yeah i agree it's easy for us here to say that you have to just gamble for entertainment and not for profit but its a lot different when you're the one already playing. Sometimes its almost impossible not to get emotions involved as we react to whats going on at the table
