BCCI will not take any action against Afghanistan. Because there is no such hostile relationship between Afghanistan and India so that the Indian Cricket Board can create any kind of obstacle for their players. They have always been playing in the IPL and will continue to do so. Franchisees are also given complete freedom. India has maintained good relations with the former Afghan government but has not developed any bad relations with the current Taliban government. As a result, there is currently no danger of any such problem arising on the issue.

India is obviously not going to create any problems by themselves. They are going to always try to stay on the neutral ground by themselves. So as far as I understand if they do something like opposing the Afghan players trying to play in the IPL it is going to cause some problems between the Indian government and the current Afghan government. Because I believe the Afghan players playing in the IPL are going to bring in money for Afghanistan as a country and also the cricket of Afghanistan is going to improve. But the Taliban are not going to like the idea of players not being able to play in the IPL. And India suddenly does not want that right now because they have a lot of their own problems to fix.

Hope there will be no problem from Indian government perspective. But if the Afghan government opposes it, that is up to them. Playing here will improve their cricket as well as earn foreign currency. If the Taliban government do not like after knowing these things, I think that is their internal matter. But I think Afghan players will definitely play. No negative atmosphere will be created on this matter. And if it happens, it will be a loss for Afghanistan cricket not for India.

nothing much in cricket and in football to discuss after T20 World cup and FIFA. This is now the resting time and we are yet waiting for an exciting series so that we shed light on the sportsman with our expert opinion.

India was in good terms with previous government of Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani but Taliban are not in control of India or anyone. This decision of Afghanistan and UAE will definitely affect BCCI and future relations of them as many Afgani players participate in IPL and they had very strong terms.
I don't think that the BCCI will take any action against the Afghan players in the IPL. This time also a number of Afghan players were purchased by various IPL franchises during the auction and a fraction of their salaries will end up with the Afghanistan Cricket Board in the form of foreign player release fee. The BCCI can't ask the franchises to refrain from purchasing the Afghan players because it will be encroaching on their autonomy. Anyway, there is not much reason for the BCCI to get angry at the Afghanistan Cricket Board.

If BCCI takes any action against the franchise buying Afghani players it will be bad for business. Because a lot of Afghan players are really good T20 players. BCCI is obviously not going to do something that is not going to be good for business. And the people are only going to pay when they know that they will get entertained.

So, I think they are not going to take any actions against the Afghan players or even against the franchise who are buying them. It is eventually going to be great for Afghanistan because they are not in a very good situation right now in cricket.

These leagues are very good for players and promoting cricketing relationships,  Afghanistan as a tram struggled alot in establishing them specially after tailban overtook them. They should be given chance to play in different leagues as they have best players in the world.
BCCI right now will not take any decision regarding Afghanistan players in IPL.

It's not about money it's about politics. India no doubt have good relations with former Afghan government and they are trying there best to have same relations with current government and IPL is great way to show positive gestures towards current Afghan government. That's why we see Afghan players in IPL.

Just another foreign policy failure for the current Indian regime, which is trying hard to appease countries such as Afghanistan and Bangladesh on one hand, and antagonize Nepal and Sri Lanka with the other. BCCI being a proxy of the Indian government just carries out whatever orders that comes from the top.
Who would have thought that US will be ruling by a dumb president and he would make a move that would remove the US army so that the Taliban would get their control back, so you cannot call it as a foreign policy blunder as no one expected this move as they fought around 20 years to remove the extremist government from ruling the country.

~
And this is a big blow to the BCCI, who invested heavily on Afghanistan while ignoring other neighboring nations such as Nepal and Bhutan.
It is not a blow to the BCCI, they are not generating huge revenue for the BCCI by hosting the Afghanistan matches and the stadiums are not packed unless they are playing India and Afghanistan used other venue as their home ground because of security reason.

Indian government had good relations with the previous regime in Afghanistan and that was the reason why they ordered the BCCI to help the Afghanistan Cricket Board. But all the money and effort put in to Afghanistan vanished when the Taliban seized power. Even this is not related to politics but still I want to give you some updates as you will watch in near future Indian government will have good relationship with these now rulers as well because back door diplomacy is already going on and now with the re-entry of the USA in this region due to regime change in Pakistan things looking positive for India as well because we all know India is big player in this region and USA wants to have them involved in all policies which is good, so hopefully Afghanistan Cricket Board will allow again their players to play in India their home matches because these could be more beneficial for them instead of playing into the UAE.

But, sadly we have one complaint about BCCI they are not doing anything for their neighbours which is surely not good specially for the Nepal because they have to done few positive developments for them as well which will increase their quality and performance in near future.

Nepal and Bhutan doesn't have star players like Afghanistan has and that was the reason why BCCI agreed in holding home matches for Afghanistan as it will help them in getting those television views and crowd in the stadium in turn it will increase earnings for both boards. Good that Afghanistan cricket board shifted to UAE. This shows that Taliban is not being controlled by India and also BCCI is not the supreme power in international cricket. BCCI invested in Afghanistan because they were making money from those matches. Considering the revenue BCCI is generating every year such investment are considered peanuts.

Taliban regime in Afghanistan has made their first big decision regarding cricket. Afghanistan will play their home matches in the United Arab Emirates from 2023 onwards. Previously India used to host their home matches (first the Greater Noida Sports Complex Ground, and then Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow). Emirates Cricket Board and the Afghanistan Cricket Board signed the deal earlier this month. And this is a big blow to the BCCI, who invested heavily on Afghanistan while ignoring other neighboring nations such as Nepal and Bhutan.
Taliban fighters are true fans of cricket. During the war, the Taliban fighters of Afghanistan are organizing cricket besides an interval. Many have organized cricket matches with Kalashnikovs and guns. Mullah Badruddin, a Taliban commander, said "I love cricket," When Afghanistan plays another team, we listen to the radio commentary with great interest and watch the scores and live on social media.”
Cricket was first played in Afghanistan during the 19th century. Many believe that such love for cricket can be used to bridge the linguistic and cultural divide between Afghans.
Many people have also praised the agreement between the Taliban government and the United Arab Emirates. The transition of their cricket to UAE is a good direction for their cricket.

Current government of Pakistan has good relations with India and they always wanted to have good and Beneficial ties with its neighbours.   Cricket brings people together so it's better this issue of Asia Cup and world cup is settled on friendly basis so Indians can come to Pakistan for playing and vice versa.
I really hope that at some point in the future bilateral tours between India and Pakistan can happen. But the political mood is charged up right now and I don't think that there is any immediate possibility of that happening. The most viable scenario at this point is to get these two teams participate in the ICC and ACC tournaments. Both the teams participated in the Asia Cup 2022, and therefore I don't think that it should be a big issue for the BCCI to send it's team to Pakistan for the next edition. Hopefully the Indian government would agree to this suggestion.
I also want we have positive development because if this happens then surely things can go into better way for the whole region, and we can bring revolutionary changes which will surely increase common person's life as well with many other sports can also go at the top of the world because I was reading we have nearly 50 top sporting leagues mostly are having few countries involved, and they are taking good profit just because of having good marketing and media rights which are increasing their quality as well so here just not cricket many other sports can also go good if they are able to solve issues on table instead of having threats and political statements which create more mess up in this all region.

ASEAN is also developing with few small countries are now having big market and increasing their domestic set up for the change with this now they are able to compete with China, Japan and other big countries of this region.

I don’t think Pakistan should approach any kind of bilateral series right now. Especially with today problems that are going on in Pakistan right now. They should fix the problem they are facing in the country, the political problems first. Because otherwise I truly believe that there will be some problems. The media is also not very much in favour of that. The media is always trying to make the news that is going to be interesting to the people, but not showing the truth.

Don’t get me wrong I obviously want to see Pakistan versus India bilateral series. But I don’t think this is the right time for them to do that.

Some smaller teams are trying to improve the situation of cricket in their country. I hope this improvement happened very quickly. That will be really great for cricket in the long run.

Right now, main problem is why they are doing this all while things looking good for the cricket in Pakistan then why this all happening if they want to bring Naham Sethi they can wait for some time and then as his tenure ends then Shahbaz Sharif can bring his person as President of the PCB but now doing these all tactics mean they want to destroy all development and bring back PCB as lower point which surely going to help many other boards which never been happy about PCB and Pakistan going at his best in cricket.

Especially I was reading main problem was Ramiz Raja's statement about not sending his team to India because every time Pakistan has Nawaz Sharif or his family in control they want better relationship with India and others are not happy with this all which is the main reason behind this all quick change.

I still believe that it is possible to reach a deal between the PCB and the BCCI, which will guarantee India's participation in the Asia Cup and Pakistan's participation in the 2023 ODI World Cup. All this controversy was started by Jay Shah (now the Secretary of Board of Control for Cricket in India), as he wanted to divert attention from the sacking of Ganguly. With Ganguly long gone, now there is no need for Shah to indulge in more drama. If needed, the Shahbaz Sharif regime can set up talks with the Narendra Modi government in India to resolve this issue.
Yes, if the board presidents of the two countries want it then it can be very simple. I think they should look into this matter. If these two big teams take decisions randomly in the international tournament, it will have a big negative impact not only on the country but also on cricket. And the big problem is that the relationship between the two countries needs to be improved. If no one comes forward, ICC should create such an environment. Without the participation of these two teams, no good tournament can be successfully executed.
