Some people are just taking risk beyond their limit that it came to the point that they are risking the things that they cant afford to lose and when they lose it can affect their personal life really bad. I know few person who play gambling that make their lives more worst. I do not encourage them to play gambling but I really think that they are a addicts now and I cant do a thing to make them stop. That kind of people is the person I think is a bad gambler.
That is always why most gamblers simply lose everything they have ever worked for anyway. It is a big mistake to think that you can get something substantial from gambling or setting one’s mind into thinking with consistency they can end up making shit load of money from gambling. This is just an insane way to think and one of the main reasons a lot of gamblers fall into this crazy zone where they eventually end up as an addict which is bad. 
Criteria of a good gambler from my personal experience into gambling is to stay within limits and have expectations to a certain limit. When the expectation to win big strikes the mind automatically the risk that associate with gambling will also turns big which needs to be eliminated from the thought.
Well, that just would make him a reasonable person who understands that gambling is not meant to be for profit making but just simply a way to just try out some crazy things which is what I call it anyway. Sweeping statement but true enough for everyone who is in this forum and reading this thread. Greed is the motivator for profit, which is the objective of gambling. True, some people only gamble for leisure but these will never be considered "good gamblers". I don't believe in such a concept, but I definitely agree that there are bad losers, and bad winners. Those who don't know when to stop, basically, whether losing or winning.

I think a good gambler should be very practical. He should do all calculations like potential risks, chances of winning. But the problem is all this will come with experience only and that is why everyone gets addicted in the beginning. With time and after few losses only, a person comes to senses.
The main rule for a player is to get out of the game in time and not to play emotions when you lose. Although I myself struggle with my own passion and desire for revenge right here and now.

That would be the wisest thing to do to every man on this planet, quitting to the things that makes their lives miserable. But, thats not very easy to achieve. Specially to a person who lost a lot of money because of gambling, he will be forever chasing for profit to make up the loss he made in gambling. A lot of gamblers get greedy and most especially think they can end up making a lot from gambling like it is their investment and then the mindset turns them totally into an addicted gambler or a gambler who ends up losing everything. Funny enough a lot of gamblers do this and that is really something worrisome.
OP I think your criteria are more "Ideal Gambler" points, as I've yet to see a gambler fit all of these at once. I also tend to look at gambling as somewhat of a vice and definitely not a money making mechanism or even a hobby. Kind of like smoking and drinking. People need to do it responsibly if they do it at all and realize that there is always a risk of creeping into that territory of problem gambling. After that's reached, you can kiss money management and family life goodbye.

Gambler can goes to pause for some time mate. They will not leave the gambling completely they always choose the gambling site and what games they gonna play and many things matters. If you want to invest your fund on dice games all the time means you loose all your money.
