Another nice thing to share is for users who were making their contributions at the end of the first day of Stage One of the token sale, that is on November 27. As we got to know, the whole Ethereum network was overloaded on that day and some transactions took much longer to be mined than usual. That is why some users created their orders on November 27 in the evening but actually sent their Ethers on the next day. As a result, some of them got their Cryptaur tokens not at a 40% discount, but at a 20% discount instead. Let us officially inform you that Dmitry Buriak took the decision to consider the 24-hour validity of a purchase order as an overriding criterion to determine the actual value of the applicable discount. Thus, if a user created a token purchase order before the end of the day on November 27 (GMT) while the 40% discount was still active, such user should still enjoy the right to purchase tokens at the 40% discount if the actual transaction was sent within 24 hours of the order validity. Those users who made their contributions in accordance with this rule and who did not get all the tokens as per the 40% discount, are welcome to contact Cryptaur User Support. When contacting User Support, please include your Cryptaur registration e-mail as well as the order ID per which you believe you did not receive all the tokens due. This must be done no later than December 7.
We are also glad to let you know that Cryptaur is confidently moving towards the milestones set in its roadmap.
