How is the condition of Crypto and Bitcoin in your area guys?

crypto is very known in my country thanks to facebook groups and scammers. it helped the word out. so far father in law bought my BTC lol that's how popular BTC is and there are banks already allowing its clients to invest in BTC.

did you talk to the kid wearing that BTC shirt? you could actually become friends with him if you approach. i have some kids staring at me while i was wearing BTC shirt, when i as why they stared at me they point my shirt and ask if i was a bitcoiner.  Cheesy  and the kids brag about the millions of SHIB in their wallet.

[Nope]No hype delivers more than hope
Which country it is?
It's in Indonesia (cmiiw).

I'd like to know since it's a local football league, usually crypto project or business usually sponsoring a big or international league only.
As far as my experience goes, it's not a corporate ad. As is usually the case in my area, it is done by corporate affiliates (mostly local exchanges) when a prize event is held.
Sometimes exchanges offer high share of affiliate commissions that exceed normal offers, these affiliates dare to open offer stalls in shopping centers in big cities.

Then I started to be surprised when I read that there was a sponsor that said Crypto and there was someone wearing a shirt that said Bitcoin.
Actually, that a person is seen wearing a Bitcoin t-shirt doesn't mean he or she knows about Bitcoin, because at times such people may be wearing the t-shirt for years but never noticed "Bitcoin" was written on it. Don't be surprise. Because Bitcoin goes beyond mere write-up on a t-shirt, and it's nice getting to know the football match was organize by a crypto lover, but I can't find any sign showing this match was meant to promote Bitcoin

I'm trying to conclude that Crypto and Bitcoin have started to be liked by some people around me even though I don't know who they are,
So how were you able to conclude on such statement, because you just said you are the type who doesn't like going out, of which moreover, crypto is a digital stuff of which it will be hard to actually tell how many people are actually into it without organizing a get together or seminars for crypto lovers to determine how the turn up

Crypto is a digital asset so it's difficult to know how many persons in your neighbourhood are crypto enthusiast. One way to get good data about how many persons are into cryptocurrency is to host an exciting event it can be a football tournament or even a conference just like what you have in your area  that will lure crypto friendly individuals. That way it will be easy to give a good estimate of how crypto friendly your environment could be
So just hosting a normal tournament can do that? I feel like that's not right. Maybe sell tickets with discounts when they use cryptocurrency and give them a different ticket so you can easily check which one is a crypto individual and who's not. Or you could probably ask the individuals, it's taxing and annoying for the individual but who knows, it might get the job done.

Yes, many youths in my area are very ready to know more about Bitcoin and crypto in the community despite the government has banned it some years ago which many crypto users are making a strong effort to ensure Bitcoin and crypto will be legalized again in the country 2023, so that many decentralized facilitators will come out openly to impact those who are willing to know Bitcoin and crypto in the rural community. Those that have ideas on Bitcoin in the rural community are doing well in every area of their lifes compared to those who don't have any knowledge about decentralized currency and how it works for humanity in the land are seriously experiencing  hardship, because they don't believe that people can use it to grow their economy and family in the societies.

Which country it is? I'd like to know since it's a local football league, usually crypto project or business usually sponsoring a big or international league only. I think the country already accept Bitcoin as legal and friendly with Bitcoin, so no one worried if he's wear a Bitcoin clothes.

AFAIK there's already few events that launch an esports or sports event where the prizepool are 100% crypto, I think they're smart since they didn't need to spent a lot money to pay the winners.

I guess as it was a local league so there is possibilities that the sponsor was a single person and not an organisation or business.
He just wanted to sponsor the league with Bitcoins that’s all.
And also as it was very local tournament, so there is no need to take any government’s permission to host the matches or neither BTC or Cryptos are required to be legalised there. I don’t know the exact thing that might have happened there, but yes feeling proud after listening to OP.
I live in quite urban city, so in case of my place, many of the people are aware of Cryptos.

How is the condition of Crypto and Bitcoin in your area guys?

In the area where I live , even though there's a Ban placed on cryptocurrency transaction but the rate at which people are embracing it Is becoming more interesting to me, expecially there's an increase adoption among the youths, and looking at the urge and rate of Bitcoin adoption around the world ,it will soon get to the stage where anybody that aren't involved with crypto will begin to think he/she is left behind.

First, the picture you showed does not look rural to me,

And do you expect his own rural areas and your own rural areas to look the same before?, Exept if you're from his country side , even with Palm trees you could see from the photo it still do not seem rural area to you, I think this is not case here.

Very interesting that a company would support such a minor football game. If you want you can share what company it is, since if they want to advertise, but you censor the advertisement that does not make sense. Anyway it is a cool thing to see and I hope stuff like this will be more and more common.

Based on my life experience, I can say many of the most ambitious people I ever met came from a rural background.  Many rural areas around the world are populated by poor people, and if they see an opportunity they will likely risk it.  So it is not surprising to see someone supporting and trying to promote Bitcoin, particularly when you think that poor people often do not have access to technology and Bitcoin may be to them what spaceships are to us.

Best part of all of this is, Bitcoin can grant them access to so many opportunities through free decentralized banking.  When you think Cryptocurrencies could be the way the poorest areas in the world could finally have access to banking and all of that, you can not not be amazed.

And even most people here don't want to know about Crypto and Bitcoin because they already consider it as something that is completely unimportant to them.
Things must happen naturally. Just like education, when you force someone to learn, pay course fee for them, most of them don't have interest to learn and even if they have to go to class, join online courses, they don't actually learn proactively. It's not effective, waste of money and time.

Hopefully in the future there will be more people who want to learn Crypto and Bitcoin here because I never tell about Crypto and Bitcoin to people around me.
The awareness and adoption of Bitcoin increases with each halving and consequent bull run.

The increasing adoption occurs by proactively activities (education, social media seeding, etc.) and natural activities that you can not stop.

I am sure that people are more and more aware of the name 'Bitcoin' or crypto, but that dosen't mean they understand it or will use it. Especialy in rural areas where people might not have the needs to trade with it (general knowlage of it, personal infrastructure like computers or even public infrastructure like internet accessibility) or the means to invest in it. Until those issues are resolved steps towards their adoption of crypto can't be taken.

First, the picture you showed does not look rural to me, nonetheless, it is good to see someone wearing a Bitcoin shirt. The awareness about Bitcoin is on and I know that with time the remotest areas of the world would hear about it.

But more civilization is still needed in so many rural areas because the challenge they will have is the lack of internet facilities, while some don't even have electricity. It will take time, sponsors and several awarenesses for this to be achieved in full.

I rarely go out of the house when there is nothing important for me to do, but in the past week I was idly out of the house just to watch a football game which is very close to where I live. Then I started to be surprised when I read that there was a sponsor that said Crypto and there was someone wearing a shirt that said Bitcoin. This actually made me very amazed besides I was a little surprised because what I know around where I live no one knows about Crypto and Bitcoin.

And even most people here don't want to know about Crypto and Bitcoin because they already consider it as something that is completely unimportant to them. But I'm actually very happy when I know this now because I'm trying to conclude that Crypto and Bitcoin have started to be liked by some people around me even though I don't know who they are, but this makes me happy to see it and also makes me even more excited to continue learning Crypto and Bitcoin and trying to tell everyone that Crypto and Bitcoin are good things to know and learn. Hopefully in the future there will be more people who want to learn Crypto and Bitcoin here because I never tell about Crypto and Bitcoin to people around me. How is the condition of Crypto and Bitcoin in your area guys?
