The foundation should standardize the length of server seeds, some sites (including some in the foundation) have dangerously short seeds.

I doubt BetKing in its current trust standing (reference: this) is representative of the values CGF stands for.

I actually think betking was removed quite a while ago, when they first started doing shady stuff. Which I believe that was even before they reneged on their promise to investors, which is when they fell out of favor on bitcointalk.

I removed myself from the cgf after Stunna decided to side with you and Devans without even hearing my side of the story. I left the telegram group and removed the banner/link from betking then.

Goodbye, Z.
The Crypto Gambling Foundation has only 7 members (bustabit, bustadice, bitdice, stake, primedice, betking, and nitrogensports)
That seems heavily outdated.

Nitrogensports seems to have some issuse of their own as well, and might have been excluded from the foundation for those. You can quickly find those if you google for it.
Overall, the first reply should be updated to include the current operators that joined after it was last edited, and exclude those that are no longer a part.

There are others good casinos, that have not appeared in the Foundation, such as Bitvest, 777 coin, CryptoGames, FortuneJack, Bitsler, Windice, and so on.
Bitvest & CryptoGames are both featured as verified opreators on the foundation website.

I would like to known which set of criteria, from which the Crypto Gambling Foundation will consider to accept new members. There are others good casinos, that have not appeared in the Foundation, such as Bitvest, 777 coin, CryptoGames, FortuneJack, Bitsler, Windice, and so on. Maybe because those casinos don't have interests to join the Foundation, or they have not known about it, or the requirements to join are too strictly.

This is a good project that all of us will be benefited. All we know that all of us will need a fair game or fair in every transactions that we want. And because on this foundation we can all get all of this. And I think this will be attract more investors and gamers to play and invest in so many gambling and gaming site here in crypto industry.

I believe this is only the foundation to make sure their site is secure and provably fair, so there is nothing to do with the investors of course. Because they open a platform to make sure the site is meeting their requirements to be accepted by their what they called safe foundation. I saw some site with this logo as well and I saw there are many sites which has proven their fairness but does not have this logo as well. So what is really the point of having this logo actually? @OP sorry no offence

Will you be adding others to your list or will you just wait them to join you? I don't know who you are contacting and how you accept new places to your list but to be honest with you there are many other places that are provably fair as well. We all know windice and eosbet are provably fair too, eosbet even has their source code open so you can literally check it and see how decentralized and fair they are so there must be absolutely no reason not to add them and if you guys contact windice I am sure they will provide proof as well.

I don't know the ways you guys accept or at least add to your list when picking websites so maybe its a slower than usual method but nevertheless not adding other provably fair places people know will make this foundation a bit doubtful and having favoritism in the listing.

I would like to scratch the surface a little here.
I have first hand experience of organisations of this nature and I can tell you that, regardless of how much marketing spin is used, ultimately any organisation such as this, will only reflect the values and interests of its active members. Good governance should be at the heart of any organisation and is an indicator of its value.

In this context may I ask:
1: Is there any implemented policy or procedural documentation in place to help achieve good governance?
2: Who are the trustees/directors/members currently sitting on the board of this organisation?
3: How is the board structured (officers/roles)?
4: How are the members of the board appointed to those positions?
5: How are the players interests represented on this board?

Thank you

This is commendable and a site like that this about just and fairness is highly commendable. I am in really in support of this as many gambling sites are being introduced daily and we cannot really different between good one and bad one.

Livecasino, 20% cashback, no fuss payouts.
Good question, could someone explain why Bitvest is no longer on that list? I'm almost 100% sure I remember it being. And I played there before too, don't recall any bad blood with any players there. It would be really cool to update the list with when they got membership, when (if) revoked and reasons for those. Transparency and all that.

Thanks for the feedback. Will update all relevant details in the new thread going forward

Thank you for kindly responding, I think people would really love to see the details of past and present, and understand what makes members so special and different from the rest. Good to hear about Bitvest also.

Is there any requirement for people to join? Are sites invited or do they have to make an invitation?

Personally, I found this site to be useful. I think this forum will be able to provide detailed and effective information about the crypto currency. There is also a free membership here, it is definitely a good thing.

This project would be super useful. Unfortunately we do not have much time to dedicate to it yet. To make it to its full potential of what it could be.

Bitvest i think did not want to cooperate with CGF members so they got removed. Dont quote me on that though but i think that is the reason.

Also guys if you like this idea there is also one rly cool site that checks provablyfair casinos. You can see checked list there with reviews and also they have rly good verifiers where you can check your bets for fairness.

Site is: www.provablyfair.me

We are currently working with bitvest to ensure they meet our minimum standards required to be part of the network. They have a great product and great community. Just need a few things resolved before they can be re-established.

We deserve to know the problems.

The list is like champions league playoffs in there. All of those websites are literally the places we have always said the best websites in our discussions. Onehash is also provably fair and on the list which is great but for a sportsbook can you guys look for a place that is not using onehash type of system, they are great but you should still look for a regular system sportsbook instead of pvp sportsbook as well.

This seems like it started over 1.5 years ago and I have never heard about it until today. It means there needs to be a lot more "marketing" or at least awareness created for this foundation so that more people would see this, you guys built it but never really made big marketing spending for this, mostly focused on making promotions for the website.

Thanks for sharing it is always great to have those kind of service in the industry to let us help to choose where to play and which one is trusted and fair.
This kind of sites is really helpful for us but it is sad that people aren't really using it and being scammed because of their laziness .
