I think we've covered something like this in the past, and I think a lot of series are about the same topic too, but maybe looking at new perspectives and other things that can freshen up the point of view.

However, for me, the answer is still the one that can be relied on most in the industry for each person, it depends on the person's ability and understanding. If someone is an expert in one of the fields, of course that field can definitely be relied on to earn more money, especially if they have expertise. in these 3 fields at once, I think I will easily achieve very good wealth in the future.

Bitcoin is GOD
I think both are important. It depends on where we will give more of the investment portion to one of them, if OP is more familiar with real estate, of course the largest portion of investment will fall on real estate because OP already knows and understands the movements of the real estate market. However, if the OP knows and is familiar with cryptocurrency then it is only natural that the investment portion will lean towards cryptocurrency. Logically, if we know and understand the market for an investment, then we also have the opportunity to reap greater profits from that investment market. It is not uncommon for billionaires to still stick to one investment and consider crypto investments to be dangerous or even a scam, and there are those who do the opposite.

The two are important, but in reality, people are making a lot of money in real estate, and even if you don't own a house, you can become a millionaire by selling just one. In contrast, buying bitcoin requires ownership and can take years before you start making money, but a house is a necessity for most people because you can't sleep on the streets. The amount of houses that are sold is astounding and exceeds the amount that people would pay to invest in bitcoin. Though they all require large sums of money, both investments are worthwhile. Additionally, having strong persuasion abilities is essential for real estate agents; otherwise, you will receive a zero. A lot of wealthy people believe in bitcoin, and all it takes is faith to do amazing things. This is the motivation that keeps bitcoiners upbeat every day. because from day one a lot of things have change in bitcoin especially price.
Money can be made with real estate, but unless the market is hot you cannot really expect to make a lot of money in a short amount of time, and if anything if you were to invest at the wrong time it could take you decades before you can even breakeven, as it has been the case for many people that bought at the peak of the real estate bubble we saw at the US on 2008.

So for those that want to maintain a high level of flexibility and not keeping an investment for so long, investing in the market of cryptocurrencies seems like a better option.

I don't think it's easy to determine which investment is better between real estate and cryptocurrency, because both asset classes have their own risks and potential rewards. And both require knowledge, analysis and strategy to be able to do it and also recognize the risks that exist and besides that you have to be able to understand the real estate market and also the crypto market.
And it's good to invest in both and prioritize crypto to convert profits into real estate, so invest in crypto first while learning real estate investing as a whole and when profits are earned from crypto, you can invest in real estate and you can do both.

Investing in real estate is just as risky as investing in cryptocurrencies. You can buy a property and it will not be in demand plus you will have to fix hidden defects, pay utilities, various taxes, pay for security and insurance. All this can greatly increase the payback period of your investment

If the problem is that Bitcoin price movements can be superior, especially the price appreciation per 10 years is higher compared to real estate. However, house and land (property) prices also continue to rise consistently every year.

If this concerns investment, investors must first be established. This means that you already have a house and your needs are met properly, then you have money remaining that is not used, so this is investment capital, real estate and Bitcoin, if you look at it in terms of capital, both require large capital, therefore choosing this investment needs to be considered carefully and of course investors You are also required to properly understand and understand both investment schemes so that they are safe and profitable.

Crypto investment vs real estate investment : Which one more dependable in the future
Though have been in the crypto space for quite some time now, I knew little about crypto. A friend of mine just introduced me to real estate investment.
Which one should I go for with a capital less than $2500?

Is it that $2500 is too low for a capital investment in real estate? That includes maintenance, which is very costly. This depends on the person, but I do suggest doing both to know what is your path and what you like, because others may say that investing in crypto means you earn while you are still at home and learning it, while in real estate you are going out and marketing your houses. This really depends on preference for a person but as you've asked here for sure people will answer crypto as the majority of us want it but if we do have a chance, then we do both.

2500 dollars is not sufficient to do business looking for a property business. if only 2500 dollars, obviously I choose crypto currency because it is not sufficient for the property business.
But if the money is a lot, I definitely choose the property business, a business that is very clear and can be used for social status in the community.

Same thing I'm thinking over here. I wonder which aspect of real estate one can venture into with such a little amount. I know the risk associated with both investment and I would definitely dive into both with split amount if the money is enough but this amount can not do anything reasonable in real estate investment. I would advise Op to risk that amount in crypto investment since he already has some knowledge about crypto and not a total newbie to the industry.

Crypto is actually volatile more than real estate but likewise, it's capable of fetching you higher return of your investment. With wise and careful decision, you can flip that amount within some time. It's all about taking risk and see the outcome and with that amount, you can divide it among top coins with a larger percentage going for Bitcoin and a little of it to other coins. Putting all eggs in one basket is not ideal if not, I would say you invest all in Bitcoin for now and you can diversify later when you have enough money to.
There are some real estate investment on which you could be able to buy up cheap on which it would really be that possible through those force closures but just like on what other members telling on here
that these type of investments wont come cheap and this is why it would really be that normal that people would really be sticking into those alternatives which is cheaper this isnt only on crypto but also in other investment whether physical or online, as long they could be able to touch up those things and get involvement and having that opportunity or chance for them to have that kind of profits.
This is why it would really be mattering on someones choices and decisions in life on what are the things that they would tend to deal with.

Doesnt matter on which one as long you would really be able to capable on doing so because not all would really be that financially capable on investing on something
which is really that expensive. So majority would really be going into that much cheaper options.

Though have been in the crypto space for quite some time now, I knew little about crypto. A friend of mine just introduced me to real estate investment.

If you find the passion in digital currency, investing in crypto particularly bitcoin would be the perfect choice for you. However, with bitcoin's high volatility, that increases the risk to lose and if you're not brave enough, you will never have the courage to beat the risks. But one thing is certain, bitcoin investment brings out the best profits in the market, so might as well take a chance on it.

Now, if you are hesitant with crypto, real estate investment may work for you. Still, knowledge and skills are a must. If you think you're still in the learning process, then don't jump investing your funds in real estate as the chances to succeed is still low.

Why would needing to choose if you could have both? Somewhat you do really have a point on which people would be starting up on something that they could really be able to afford.Just as we do all know on which real estate investment isnt something that for anyone because it doesnt really come up cheap. You would really be still needing to spend up millions for you to be able to acquire one. This is why its never been that too easy on dealing up with real estate investment because we do know that it isnt something that you could really be able to get. This is why people would really be looking for alternatives on which you would really be just that basically be trying out to touch crypto because you can make out investment with cheaper cost but having the chance on making yourself that getting that huge profit.

It all matters about onto your financial capacity on which there's no way that you could really be able to make yourself having that assurance that you would really be able to be successful into this field.
We do know that not all people who do engage with crypto investment would really be that successful. Fails and errors could really be experienced along the way and this is something
that you must accept since from the beginning or starting.
Because of its high entrance barriers, real estate isn't for everyone. Isn't that where cryptocurrency excels? Anyone with an internet connection can participate; it's democratic. However, we must keep in mind that although cryptocurrency is affordable, it is not a panacea. High returns are possible, but volatility also exists. It's about striking a balance between hope and prudence

When it comes to financial capability, cryptocurrency is clearly a good choice. While not everyone has the resources to invest millions in real estate, many people can invest smaller sums in cryptocurrency. Utilizing what we already have will allow us to maybe build more. But we cannot overlook the dangers. The cryptocurrency market is erratic; while appealing success stories abound, failures also frequently occur. It's critical to approach this area with an open mind, prepared to take on any problems as well as opportunities

But it is important to note that in as much as real estate barely has any decline in value, there are factors that determines this. Even mere economic conditions of the city or even country matters. Another common thing is the location. If you invest in the wrong neighborhood, and maybe people are rather leaving that environment then it’ll decline for sure. I’ve seen people who are trying to sell houses for lower than it was built just because of wrong neighborhood and some other factors.
this is so true the environment of the real estate including the growth also the population decline have a lot influence towards the price, if we can get land at relatively low price at the place where its growing, there are many retail shop opening everywhere as well as big franchise then we can be sure that its gonna be increasing in term of price but if its at the country side where even the local are abandoning and moving away to the nearest city then i can be sure that its gonna be decline in price, nobody want to buy a land where its too far away from all the facilities except farmer of course therefore real estate business is not all about just buying and just letting it be.
there are too many factors need to be considered, even finding liquidity for the investment basically finding buyer sometime is difficult with real estate business its like NFT, each NFT is unique same with land and therefore also have unique demand which definitely gonna takes time before its sold.
Is it actually like NFT? I think there’s a really huge gap. Even if you tried to relate it with metaverse lands, there’s still that gap. Selling your NFT is based on the hype or trend of the NFT. Remember that people can’t build on NFT, nor is it a tool for anything in particular. It is just unique in the sense of how you can own a unique copy of it. Lands on the other hand aren’t necessarily unique (what I mean is that you can buy any plot or hectare in an environment because it’s the same place anyways). You just buy the amount you can afford and you can do a lot more with it. The ease of selling both NFTs and lands depends on entirely different things too.

Invest in real estate can be remunerative but it's important to understand the risks. You face some common risks like high vacancies, bad locations, negative or hidden costs and problematic renters. And others risks are the lack of liquidity, hidden structural problems, and the unpredictable nature of the real estate market.
The biggest challenge with real estate investment is the high capital requirement. To get started, you need to provide EMIS, insurance, property taxes, provided the high transaction costs, finding buyers and sellers uphill task. Another risk of real estate investments is that they are not easy to liquidate.
One the other hand crypto investment is decentralise, diversified, relatively secure, inflation protective, settlement fastly in time, smart,
rapidly growth, easy transaction able,Internationally payment system and full privacy with security.
My point of view, knowledge and experience between the two investments crypto investment will keep ahead.

Crypto investment is preferred. Is a the best way to get profit as long as you make long-term investments. I believe real estate investments are not as rewarding as crypto investments.
You're just biased on cryptocurrency so you're saying that but if you actually are smart enough you'd know that you can make a consistent profit in real estate especially if you use it for renting and the price of land is only going to go up so there's no way that you're going to lose money on it maybe when there's a bubble in the economy that's a possibility but think about it in terms of reliability and volatility, crypto doesn't have those stuff but you're right that they're profitable in the long-term but if you don't know how to cycle out your crypto, it's just going to stagnate in your wallet and not become anything other than just an investment.

At $2500 usd maybe I would prefer to Crypto first. Even though this is risky, if you enter real estate with small capital it will not develop quickly. Because Real Estate is not a medium or short term investment. But that's for the long term. So it cannot generate good profits in a relatively short time. But if you have the capital for the long term then entering the real estate market is also not a problem. As long as you have also researched the offer from your friend. Because investing in real estate is also prone to fraud if we don't know or lack insight into this matter.

I think both are very good if used as an investment but indeed when choosing which one is the best between real estate and crypto, it is certain that things like this depend on the point of view, perception and of course the situation you have in finance.
Both have a level of advantages and disadvantages so that it cannot be if we only compare in terms of aspects, especially if what is sought is instant profit.
Real Estate of course we all understand that this is a very promising investment but investing here is not easy because you must have well-controlled finances because after all the investment here could be longer than we imagine besides that, this is also a risk for other purposes in management which will definitely spend a lot of money.

On the other hand Crypto, especially bitcoin, is more flexible in terms of capital, it's just that the risks we take are greater than real estate because after all crypto, especially bitcoin, is not a comfortable place and it would be very naive to say this is an instant place to get rich because the process and risks are far greater than that.
So in this case you have to determine for yourself which one you think is the best because everyone must have a different perspective on saying the best investment.

Both are good. But you should consider more.  Risk exists in both, and profit also exists in both.  Investing in crypto is profitable but time consuming.  BTC is good for investing but it is very time consuming.  I invested and got money not so much.  Real estate is profitable but if it is trustworthy. If you invest in a fake company and it disappears along with your invoice, then there is a problem.  Wherever you invest you need to be prudent.
Maybe you believe on the saying the more the merrier, and that is why, you want more Cheesy. But there are people who only likes less and I think there is nothing wrong with that. It can in fact, make one less pressured. You said there are fake companies in the real estate field. That also happens in crypto.

If we pick them up for whatever reasons, there will be no profit that we can get but just pure losses. So, it's important to take time doing a research to possibly tell if which of them are legit and highly profitable. Another important thing is our patience. Are you sure that you are patient enough to HODL longer for you to say that you didn't get enough profit?

"Dependable" would probably show real estate investment, in my nation you could spend about 100k to buy a land, and another 100k to build a house, and sell it for nearly 500k.

That has been always the case for a long time, the only reason why not everyone doing this is the fact that taxes do cut up a ton of your budget, so you need to build it as a company and not a person, and not everyone has enough funds to start a 200k dollars worth company, and the ones who can either starts a real estate construction business, or they get a loan and can't wait until all houses are sold to repay the loan, the only people who do have it in cash, and willing to do it, already doing it and making money hand over fist anyway. It's dependable, it's 100% guaranteed income, but it is a lot of money.
