Know that real estate investment requires a huge amount of capital, so starting with that little amount might not be a wise move. But if you are trying to acquire just a small property, then that’s fine enough. Anyway, its value will also appreciate in time so you’ll definitely reap a decent gain.
However, same thing with bitcoin, its value never settle with a low price but it always ends up an expensive amount, the only difference is that you can acquire bitcoin even with a very small amount and just grow your investment through applying DCA. If you do that consistently, you will have a huge sum of bitcoin that is equivalent to a very large property.
You don’t have to chose actually but investing in both will create a great advantage in the future. Just do it gradually, one step at a time and you will end up having a vast investment in time.
definitely could do both investment but then again the question arise, would it be profitable enough to do both or just simply go with one of the investment, that will be such a question for many people with bitcoin it increase so massively overtime as long as we buy at bearish and sell at bullish meanwhile property, well, if someone wanna rent then its fine, you will get consistent passive income. but you will also be burdened to rennovate the building and many more, basically the passive income that you are supposed to earn aren't really pure profit but still gross, after all there are many thing still needed to be taken into account meanwhile with bitcoin if it increase in price its definitely some real pure profit right here.
but then again it depends on our risk appetite whether we could still be sane fighting against our urge to cut lose when something goes wrong or to take profit almost immediately whenever there are some increase in the price of bitcoin.
It depends on what kind of person you are.
Bitcoin is mainly rely on skills, like you have to understand how it works and how the market works in order to take opportunities to buy whenever it is a good chance to buy. Profit is good as long as you don't do panic selling and do it for long term instead.
While Real estate depends on how strategic you are in order to have plenty of clients to rent your properties. It's much physically and mentally draining for me since you have to compete with other real estate agents in order to make profits as much as possible.
agreed, real estate is more of the conventional and traditional form of investment it can be convenient because it is low risk but sometime it requires additional effort.
even more so for us that truly seek people to rent the property for the sake of paying off mortgages.
