What this shows is that every year the coins are performing worse and worse. And the reason for that is simple. More and more scam ICOs are coming in and developers are not making valuable enough projects. As a result of which, we have tokens, which perform no other utility than being a means of liquidation and that is exactly why Bitcoin and Ethereum are so far and above everyone else. People realize their potential as a proper long-term store of values.
I know this condition will make you feel so confused and depressed. Really hard to believe it the markets are falling down. But from my experience, you just need to hold your coins, be patience and never doing panic sell. I really believe the market will grow and increase again like last year. Last year ETH also dump too, but at the end of the year ETH raise until $950. So i think this year will same with the other years ago too. The crypto market sometimes will in their high prices and sometimes they will low too, so it's very normally in crypto's world. Its all depends on you to face the situations.

Really hard not to panic if you see your investments is slowly going down. But for me, you have to look at your investment for the long haul, so that you will not be affected by the current market trend. Yeah it is very low now and i can't sell my holdings, i'm losing its market value very deep now and i just leave it their in my wallet hoping for one day soon they can give me a better profit.

Funny thing is you wrote the word "panic" and took the screenshot at the very low. Price hit $6k and bounced back. That's why you should never sell in panic.
It was crazy, the chart was blood bath almost all coins were red only few coins had gains, i think for anything that goes up must come down, this is just correction from price pump which happened last summer.

Crypto market is nowhere near the all-time low my friend. It was near the all-time low when the market for BTC started around 10 years ago already. Right now we are near the level where the last and yet the biggest crypto bubble started the inflation.
