It is not all time low, it is just on the same level as it used to be year ago.
I believe it is temporary,because a lot of things has changed for last year, future appeared, ETF is coming and more people are involved in crypto sphere, moreover collection progress has beat all records.

Market right now is super low due to constant dumping of coins, i think there is a large movement of dumpers so that other crypto will go down so hard then after that they will buy alot of cheap token then it will lead to temporary recovery then they will dump again. Be calm still. The market is indeed at its lowest from the beginning of this year. It is not only ethereum and Bitcoin which market value are dipping but most of the cryptos. Investing whether which one to invest between Bitcoin and Ethereum, should not be a problem because both has their chances to increase eventually.
There is no need to panic, this is not the first market is dipping like this though this might seems like the worst of it all but let's hope everything will still go up again, I think by ending of the month, market will start to increase again

I suggest to do a cost averaging stategy buy now so your average price may become lower or if you don't have funds just keep holding cause if you decide to sell now you may loss your investment and no hope to recover unlike holding when market become bullish big chances you may still earn profit
