I requested cash out and after that contacted them via live chat. There they demanded not only deposit but you have to wager that deposit 10x.

I found the problem. It turns out that in order for the problems to disappear, you first need to change the mobile operator that provides the Internet. After talking with the manager, I did not receive a permanent answer, but when using an international provider, the problems disappeared by themselves. By the way, there were difficulties of this kind with other resources.
