The price fluctuation in crypto market is always there and that is why people get in to it to buy or sell their crypto as per the market trend. The crypto currency market is always volatile and anything can happen at any time, the price may fall down to 30% within an hour or may rise up to 30% within an hour. Nobody can guess or predict the price of crypto currency prices but just can make speculations but that is also not 100% true.
Crypto prices are indeed surviving from the big correction that continues to happen, with the collapse of market prices there will also be panic sellers but some will still have to trust crypto in the future until they are willing to buy when the panic occurs.

Yes it is evident that the prices are falling because of ICO programs that turned out to be scams and investors losing their money but that is how markets go. There is always a chance of losing and we cannot do anything about it but to be patient.
