Actually I am not a faucet type player. May be few times claimed, I will try it but to keep on using faucet to play? I do not think so, this is too boring for me.

I have a suggestion for a new feature to the website:
It would be pretty neat if it was possible to lock investments for a certain amount of time, perhaps for a fixed amount of time (1 week, 30 days, 3 months,...)

There might be some downsides to it, like people asking to reverse the lock in chat, but it would also be good for the website as there would be more long term investments.
For some people it would be really helpful to not be able to touch their investment.

Anyway, I just got the idea when reading through some posts about people having very little self-control, so I guess it's something a lot of people struggle with.

Besides a small spread in buy and sell rates, there are no (additional) exchange fees being charged.
So no, just a spread, no fees.

You've contacted support 9 hours ago,
due to the workload and other factors, you might sometimes have to wait a few hours before your request gets handled.
Im any case, all support enquiries are handled within 24 hours, most a lot sooner.

If the question is 160M PLAY more or not, I don't know anyone who would side for the latter.
Hence it does "make any sense". Remember that the jackpot is on top of your regular bet reward.
