As far as I know.
New cards must order just for users out of EU.

All rest, EU citizens are fine to use existing cards.

Maybe someone of Cryptopay support can confirm this here, just to eliminate doubts.

I don´t work for Cryptopay, but I can provide you with a source that confirms your suspicion:
https://news.bitcoin.com/bitcoin-debit-cards-non-european-residents-visas-new-rules/

If you reside in Europe, you will still be able to continue using Bitcoin debit cards provided
by a debit card provider that issues their cards using Wavecrest (https://www.wavecrest.gi/).

I think they are very busy with the card transition process. I was already issued the new card with new limits.

BINs or it didn't happen.

I suggest you fully verify your Cryptopay accounts

No thanks, I've had my identity stolen enough times for one lifetime.

You seem to be the type who can be defined as an idiot. An illiterate idiot which is even worse. All you do is post single-sentence nonsense and garbage all day. You want to enjoy using cards at full limit feature but "no thanks I'm an idiot whose identity was stolen enough times for one lifetime because of me being too stupid to discern the difference between legitimate and non-legitimate services". No wonder your identity has been stolen countless times, as you claim, but I am more convinced that no identity was stolen and you simply want to use these cards and accounts for criminal purposes.

They won't issue MyChoice cards anymore. Their contract with Wave Crest, like other bitcoin card providers, is coming to an end. The last day allowed for MyChoice card usage is this coming 15th Oct.

I suggest you fully verify your Cryptopay accounts and apply for the new card. On their website I can only see one limit for the new card which is for a fully verified type of account. I'm not sure what their limits will be for non-verified card holders.

If Cryptopay can't issue new cards rigth now they should at least give advise before take your order, we are wasting our time asking for a card and we are not sure if the current terms (as the website lists it) will aply with their future card programs, taking our orders (and money) before set up a working program is unprofessional at best and borderline scam at worst.

The silence from @cryptopay_support is deafening.

How do you guys choose Cryptopay over similar service such as TenX? I'm currently weighting between the two and at the moment odds are in favour of Tenx (better fees, the team seems more engaged, etc). I'm curious of your opinions. Thanks!

I don´t think that TenX cards are already being shipped. Therefore I´m not confident that you would receive a Tenx debit
card in a reasonable timeframe (I could be wrong on this). On the other hand Cryptopay has been around for a long time
and you can probably get a debit card within a few days.

Why have you already restricted your choice to these two options? There are several other Bitcoin debit card providers.

Thanks for your opinion. I'm weighing mostly with "project activity", general trust of the project and of course fees. As I wouldn't use the card to regularly (few transactions and few withdrawals per year), I don't want to pay high fees, but on the other hand I want to have my cryptos ready to be spent "right now".

What other options do you recommend?

I would recommend Bitwala.

Here is a comparison where several other options (Xapo, SpectroCoin, Wirex...) are compared:
https://www.bitwala.com/best-bitcoin-debit-card/

Keep in mind, that the source could be biased, because it´s from Bitwala after all.
However, Bitwala actually seems to have the best rate when you top up your card. Especially Wirex seems
to really overcharge customers due to a bad exchange rate (this doesn´t show up in the official fees!).

I see your issuer card is MyChoice as all other Bitcoin cards provides , do I need to ID verification for Virtual cards?

Isn't Mychoice closing account for customers outside of Europe  Huh

Hello CryptoPay,

I am interested in trying out your card to load bitcoin and use for purchases. Very good looking service.

Also, is it possible you will add litecoin as an option soon?

Please send a promo code.

Hi.. I have a fully verified Cryptopay account and the MyChoice visa card. I was invited to upgrade to your new contactless card. After completing the order procedure, I was prompted to pay and the promo code (plastic reissue) was applied to the price. However there was an error during the payment. The order didn't go through (but I sent the bitcoins) and it cancelled so I had to do it again. Ana (your staff) returned the bitcoins to me.

I ordered again and this time it went through smoothly. It is now showing as pending and being processed. I just wanted to ask why the promo code was refused for the second order. I was getting the error "promo code invalid" probably because it was applied to the first order which was cancelled.

I ended up upgrading and paying for the card which was supposed to be free for existing verified card holders which was what your co-founder's George's emailed invitation was all about. $15 isn't much and I paid it but I was hoping loyal long-term Cryptopay customers like me would have enjoyed the fee waiver.
