Yes, we are not licensed to offer services in the US. So the card can't be issued with the US billing address.
One user can only have 1 virtual and 1 plastic card per each currency.

Well, I just got the mail that my plastic Cryptopay Debit Card has been issued and that I will receive the card within 2-3 weeks. This is great news. At the same time the status in my account says "Ready for activation". What can I say but that I'm very pleased with speed and with everting so far. Thanks a lot.

On the same topic here you can read that one of the conditions for promo code is that you have more than 30 activities. You need to participate in this forum for some time to achieve certain benefits. I missed also this info the first time when I asked for the code. It can happened.
