I received negative trust from tomatocage recently with text - Avoid doing business with this user as he may attempt to blackmail you.

Tomatocage did I do any bussines with you ? No !
We even was not in PM contact or any other contact.

Who I try blackmail ? By revealing identity of owner of scam where plenty of money were stolen ? That is blackmailing ?

Or you just was paid by cryptorush.in to damage my reputation as I am getting closer to truth ?

we already know name and address of devianttwo.

We are 100 % sure that devianttwo was owner of cryptorush.in (he confirmed that)
He wrote he was not only owner (I asked him to reveal names and addresses of other owners, still no reply from him since then)
I asked him to confirm connection between him - cryptorush.in - and thisweekscoin user (still no reply from him)

Currently, I am in contact with some users who are able help us with jurisdition and law stuff in USA and Serbia (in case that thisweekscoin was part of cryptorush.in team)

It may take 10-20 days until some legal steps will be made. We are 100 % sure that devianttwo was owner, so right now he is only one who will face jury.

If there was other owners, and devianttwo confirms that ... other will face jury also

As I do not live in USA (devianttwo is USA citizen) and I do not know USA laws, we need help of someone from USA.

How about everyone asking the mods of bitcointalk as whole to reveal those suspected users ip,location etc.It could help.

Taking their sweet time to get it running again, considering it was working just fine when they took it over. Maybe they're waiting for dust to settle? Or maybe they really are just going super slow, in which  case, do you really want them operating a large exchange if they can't work on some simple frontend code?

I personally lost 250 dollars on Cryptorush.. which was a large percentage of my portfolio.. I have asked in the IRC channels for many weeks "when is cryptorush coming back?"  Have never received an answer.. It is clear the the "former owners" do not care about the lost funds.. they just gave the raped and barren exchange to some other kids and brushed it off with no responsibility to their former customers.. Quite upsetting.. What is it with people being so scared to put their info on the internet?  You should only fear if you did something wrong..  My name is Mark Bretl and I live in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.. 
The full names and addresses of all people formerly and currently involved with cryptorush should be public information as they are responsible for hundreds of thousands of dollars from thousands of users.. We would like some transparency..  I would like to thank this thread poster for attempting to solve this problem once and for all.. Devianttwo, if you are a Christian like I am you should follow the commands of Jesus and not curse.. for the Bible says if you cannot control your mouth then you cannot control your body either..  And cursing isn't going to convince anyone that you do not also do other sins such as stealing..  Whether I get my money back or not..
