i know it's my own fault.
but sometimes i wish this is just a bad dream, or even a bad managed company that eventually will bring the hashes online.
there is just too much money involved to let it slide... the most might be gone, but i still hope for some change and for justice.
that labcoin-move is just not good enough to get away with. ...labcoined Sad

I really am laughing at Alberto now.

You could have had legitimate millions, boy. But you were too stupid to really make it work, so you tried to scam your way to it.  Even then, you could have   made it look good, but you're an immature little child and you leave everyone around you angry at you.  You should work on that before you get to prison. A prison full of men angry at you won't be a fun few years, son.

You're going to be caught, Alberto, and you're going to lose it all.

 Grin Grin Grin Grin

I think now we need to get our btc back, and then we use our btc to build hash under our control,Alberto is untrust any more.

you are so fool,if you reach 100T,then stock will back to 0.001,and then your stock will be 2000btc,you only cost 1200btc,and it will be legal.but you just doing nothing, and we will sue you, then the police to hunt you down.

Yeah with this price rise this is a free gift to this dumb Italian moron to either return the BTC or put up 100's of TH, but of course he will probably chose to be a typical Italian piece of scum.

Legendary Escrow Service - Tip Jar in Profile
as this is now a confirmed scam or at best a very shifty company, shouldn't theswede75 return the BTC he was paid as there's absolutly no PR happen now or in the near future.
it's us share holders that's paid him and if he wants to be cleared from this it's in his best interest to return all (or most) BTC to share holders. or better still into some account that can be controlled by share holders. This BTC could be used for law-suite and end this shit once and for all.

agreed..Huh

What do you want with his shares? And why should he pay back when he was paid doing PR, a part he did as good as he could or "Sam" let him do it. So he did his part of the contract and now should pay it back to lower your investment losses? Will you go to TMSC or whatever foundry created "potentially" chips and demand the money back because it was a scam too? If not where do you see the difference?

you are a dreamer, translate it as naive.. cant say much more on this topic.

A dreamer because of what? I for sure lost way more with labcoin than you but i dont go there and claim that people that did work and were paid for it should give back their wage. On top theswede always said that he still owns his rewardshares. So what will you do with his useless shares?
Sorry, I didn't realize (or remembered correctly) that he was paid in shares, but if were me I'd seriously want out of this and my name cleared.  I'd be honest and say at the time I did cash my shares for BTC and did spend some and I want to return whats left.

You can call me stupid, but I'd rather be poor that be part of this shit.

But I supposes that's just my thoughts and I be stupid enough to do just that.

EDIT. I lost over $2000 AUD and I don't want a cent back.  I just want to see whoever involved brought to justice

I can tell you so far that TheSwede is trying to help solving this mess. Only not in the open. A limiting factor of course is that he only was at "Sam's" mercy regarding getting infos and all. But he is willing to help.

Iam personally want the scammers be jailed. I dont care so much about the bitcoins anymore because i realize that i will never get a reasonable amount of btc back. The more i want to jail this fuckers for drawing my bitcoins into their scam. I prefer a cleaner bitcoin community and scammers should know that they will suffer for their actions. I mean bitcoins is a world currency. Do they really await to be able to hide somewhere? I hope at some point scammers realize this.

So you think btct closed its doors because it feared a class action by labcoin investors more than a criminal prosecution by the SEC?

LOL. Whatever.

BTC-TC failed to register and be compliant.. that doesn't mean they were criminal either.. unless they actually knew the securities they were trading were potentially fraudulent...

They knew they were advertising and trading unregistered securities, and public offering of unregistered securities to unsophisticated investors is indeed a crime.
Is it as big a crime as selling fraudulent securities, or is it only the amount of money that defines that, I dont know and i dont care,  thats really not so important is it?

sure it is.. you cant bring a class action against someone for not registering with he relevant authority.. but you can for being complicit in a fraud in which you lost a bucket load of cash.

now I'm not saying that Labcoin is a fraud but if it turns out to be a fraud and it turns out that Exchanges have been complicit in facilitating the fraud then investors could legally seek to recoup funds from the fees that the exchanges collected.

sure there are some investors interested in how big the crime is and getting some kind of justice... but I'm prety sure most investors just want more options for getting their money back and being done with the whole thing.

if LABCOIN shuts down and returns whatever money is left like BTC garden did then I'm sure most of this hoopla would just go away...
no doubt there would still be one or two jaded investors that want to see justice handed down but for the rest of us... dusting off our hands and moving on to better things would be preferable..

What mtgox does has nothing to do with securities.

I never said it did.. I was demonstrating the difference between failing to Register and the facilitating of a crime.
two separate issues.

Mt Gox failed to register and be compliant.. that doesn't mean they were criminal.
BTC-TC failed to register and be compliant.. that doesn't mean they were criminal either.. unless they actually knew the securities they were trading were potentially fraudulent...

If it ever went to court .. a case could be made in the defence of BTC-TC that once they found out they were dealing with potential fraud they shut down all trading.

But Cryptostocks would have a harder time trying to make THAT same defense argument because they Listed the stock after credible allegations of fraud were made publically.

ultimately the courts decide who is complicit and who isn't.. I'm just pointing out the differences between each of the players involved..

He's already been in court, which was your point, he even defended himself pro se. He hasnt been found guilty yet, that will take some years no doubt.

I said "to my knowledge".. do you have proof that he is in court and not hiding somewhere?

he can be tried in absence but that wont mean much if they cant find him.

I think you have a fundamental lack of understanding of the US court system..
Trendon has been indicted that means there is a warrant out for his arrest.
Nowhere in those articles does it say he has been arrested and is in custody awaiting trial.. so no he isn't in court yet (to my knowledge)

There is a HUGE difference between listing an unregistered investment scheme.. and Facilitating investment fraud.. two completely different issues...

Just as an example
Mt GOX had their accounts seized for failing to register with FINCEN.. but after following KYC guidelines they continue to operate.. if on the other hand Mr Karpeles was willfully facilitating some kind of fraud or money laundering then he too would have been indicted.

What mtgox does has nothing to do with securities.

Giving the "remaining" money back is only an acceptable end if all the spent money is verified and accounted for.

None of this this "Here's the remaining 3500 btc lol!!!!" when they might have stashed as much as a couple million dollars elsewhere.

No, we need a full accounting of any and all "missing" funds that are not returned to investors.

I know its not much consolation but even if they gave back 3500 BTC. most investors would have made a profit in terms of Fiat currency..
so it would be hard for them to stay angry and possibly harder for them to bring it to court.

I'm pretty sure EVERYONE knew that Labcoins abysmal failure was a primary cause in the BTC-TC shut down.

You can keep claiming that, but that doesn't make it true. BTCT violated security regulations in just about every country known to man regardless if they were listing (yet another) scam security. Im not even sure listing a scam security is a bigger violation than listing "non scam" but equally unregistered securities.

I don't think the SEC has Trendon shavers up in court yet but I'm sure they will get him eventually...

Of course they have, where have you been?

I'm still hoping the Labcoin shonks Realize that its better to admit that they completely suck at running a company, give the remaining money back and ask for forgiveness.

the only thing I have ever had to say to Sam, Fabrizio and Alberto is... YOU CAN RUN BUT YOU CANT HIDE... THE BTC community is full of hackers, programmers, security experts and other IT specialists.... if the authorities dont find you... they can and will find you...
