Payments bigger than 0.1 BTC need manual confirmation for security reasons, also sometimes hot wallet must be filled. From FAQ:
"If your payout is a large amount or hot wallet is empty, then it may need manual confirmation"
From Terms & Conditions:

you'll receive man, either wait some time or let admin check there has been instances where payout were delayed due to some reason but always paid so don't shout scam admin has paid more than 67 BTC.

I think counter for number of paid are not getting updated, it was 534 before and now i see few investments are paid but still counter is 534 only, can you check if its an issue or just my misunderstanding.

Seems working for me. On last hours there were many 1-2 BTC earning investment, that slowed the game a little bit, that's whe counter of paid investment is amost the same. But volume of payments increase a lot in last 24 hours.

This is not an issue you need to login select your deposit coin from drop down in the next two tabs enter your amount and payout address and click invest which will generate your deposit address.
sometimes to receive a deposit address can be slow, if coinpayments server doesn't respond.
Jus wait few minutes and try again

Those NOT SET as payout address will updated when the owner of that deposit will send a email to admin with all the details like investment id, username with payout address from the same email which is used to register since those payout address were deletd due to some database issue.
