What if they told you there was no hack?

The updated lawsuit reads: “Upon information and belief…the millions of dollars in customer assets that “disappeared” in June 2014 are not missing; they were taken by the CRYPTSY Defendants… to pay for their own business and personal expenses, including all-cash-purchase of a $1,374,881 waterfront mansion in Palm Beach County, Florida in March 2015.

As cynical as I am about the "hack" itself, this money couldn't have come from the bitcoin which has been sitting in these wallets all this time. It's obviously untouched.
Of course there is no telling how much they made in profits over this time..they may well have enough to cover this 11,300 in any case.

Starting to think maybe we are.  Prob have to pull that contract from blog and remove the notice if he doesnt act soon

you've had it up for 2-3 hours?  might be disingenuous to not have it up 24 hours at least, despite the almost certain trollage

Contract has been agreed upon by Cryptsy/Paul Vernon and myself and has been signed by both parties. You can view the contract here: https://www.docdroid.net/HRCBL8f/cryptsyrecoverybountyfinal.pdf.html Now that the technicalities are out of the way the coins can start to be recovered.

Still no sign of return Sad

This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of the state of Florida.

So, you honestly believe that Paul Vernon is going to honor the above with an unknown person having a Twitter account when he didn't even honor a major law on the US books after he penned that does, ie below. And you have the audacity to call me nutty.  Roll Eyes

Quote
In the United States, FinCEN requires that an SAR be filed by a financial institution when the financial institution suspects insider abuse by an employee; violations of law aggregating over $5,000 where a subject can be identified; violations of law aggregating over $25,000 regardless of a potential subject; transactions aggregating $5,000 or more that involve potential money laundering or violations of the Bank Secrecy Act; computer intrusion; or when a financial institution knows that a customer is operating as an unlicensed money services business.

Excellent contract, dude. I love the part where Paul Vernon doesn't sign with his PGP Public Key.

With the contract out of the way, at what time does EI cup everybody's balls?

Speaking of EI, I, being nutty and all, opted to hunt down another funny anagram when a hunch came over me. Now, I'm about to go to bed cause I'm tired and all, thus my senses are normally not up to snuff in this state of mind, but I'm still able to uncover shit, albeit this time was totally by accident, again, only based on a hunch. Eternal Insolent = ... wait for it ... Lorie Ann Nettles. That said, personally I would've gone with Eternal Insolvent to throw off the scent at least a tad, Jim, Paul or CrackHead.

Somebody promise to shoot me the day I no longer recognize patterns.

...complete nutter you are

Can you sign a message with an address that holds a substantial amount of Cryptsy coins? Shouldn't be a problem since you are going to returned them anyway so everybody will see the addresses and TXs eventually.

To be clear, Eternal Insolent's the hacker, and CrackHead is the dude trying to turn him in to earn 75% of the profits. What profits he speaketh of is unclear, but assume that Leroy Fodor has helped him do the percentage math.

But if EI returns the money before the contract's sign, CrackHead is out of a bounty. HAHAHA

So either Jim Slockney is being trolled or there is something to this claim.  I still don't believe it till I get my coins back.

I think we're all being trolled by Jim & Paul. Even if you suspend disbelief for a minute and think some kind of "negotiation" is actually going on - why would they post this idiotic thread? Just get it done in private and give everyone their coins bank. I think it all makes sense only in the mind of the 8-year old who came up with this scheme.

That's what I said (using different words, of course). Then, Jim couldn't wait to stick it my ass while the supposed negotiations are taking place in front of and behind the scenes. Now, we're gonna see a contract that they concocted since first bringing up exposing the hacker with still not contacting SARs. Unfuckinbelievable!

There's not another person on this forum that would legitimately not contact SARs et al. if a true hack took place amounting to over a U$10M heist, yet we're to believe that that's exactly what a person - Paul Vernon - did who once transferred secret docs to 3-, 4- and 5-Star Generals while serving in the Army while stationed at Fort Hood, TX, while administering porn sites with Jim Slockney, he living in Texas, during the late 90s.

...complete nutter you are

That's funny, dude. I'm surprised that neither of the two FBI dudes I stay in contact with in KC have considered me such. I'm sure they have a way to say to me in no uncertain terms that my nutter service would no longer be needed, don't you think?

BRB.

Back. Had to send a email linking this thread to a couple friends of mine. If you're lucky, I may be considered a nutter come Monday.

Meanwhile, we couldn't help but notice that you've remained mute on this EI character that just may hamper your plans unless, that is, you and he are Jim and Paul playing us all, whereupon my friends will be visiting the Slockney ranch to see which pigs are fucking Ginny. HAHAHA

Paul is going through the final draft of the contract at this very moment. We will each sign it soon and the contract will be posted to multiple venues that he is affiliated with such as cryptsy.com, Cryptsy blog, twitter.com/cryptsy etc.

Does etc. include on BiteBi9?

Are you trying to get this contract signed as fast as possible before Eternal Insolent returns the coins on his own accord? Or are you Eternal Insolent? Or is Eternal Insolent either Jim or Paul playing your ass.

Bear in mind that this crafty hacker was able to steal the coins off a machine that wasn't even connected to the Internet, so don't think for a sec that he can't hack Paul's Twitter account to string you along.

The hacker had binoculars and lived next door.. Paul forgot to put the lock screen up... whoops.
