You should have at least received an email saying your claim was declined. If the size of your claim is worth it I would send more emails, letters and also call if you can find a phone number.

and will that help with our results? lets say they get the coins back, will we still get our btc/altcoin or will we get some of the usd that was worth it that day?

13. How much money can I get from the settlements?
Class Members who submit a Claim Form are called “claimants” and will be eligible to receive a share of the Settlement Funds if and when the Settlement Funds are distributed. The Claims Administrator, with the assistance of the Receiver and Class Counsel, will determine the market value, as of November 1, 2015, of the cryptocurrency(ies) held by Class Members that submit valid claims. The Problem is, i did the Claim online in 12 April 17. Till now i got zero Mails.

I think my Claim got lost in the Internet or they deleted it immediately...

I just wrote an E-Mail to them again with all the documents i already sent them on 12 April.
