Your withdrawal was held due to a few reasons.
New ip address when previously only 1 had been used. New withdrawal address for a large amount. We requested you answer your security questions to verify ownership of the account so we could process the withdrawal. When a response hadnt been given for 4 days we locked the account assuming it wasnt the owner requesting it. If you respond to your ticket with the answer for the security questions your account will be unlocked.
If you dont remember the answers we can find some other way. But you have not responded to either ticket since we asked for the verification of the security questions
i did respond to the security questions both times i filed a support ticket. thats what is so frustrating. its like i'm intentionally being ignored. after i answer the security questions they locked my account due to "no response". just release my withdrawal or email me @ *****@yahoo.com or call my cell . i need my coins before the price drops more!
like i said - i can make another deposit from the originating wallet to prove that its me that is withdrawling back to that same address.
