Mushfiq gone. This is what I have noticed for Bangladeshi Batsmen, they can not convert the 50 to 100. All of a sudden they lost 5 wickets where should have more runs in the bag. I too believer that they will score 300+ runs but I doubt if it will be 320+. 320+ would have been nice.

It's almost 315 from 48.4 overs and I guess it will be 330, both Mahmudullah and mosaddek can do it. That's what I mentioned. However, we now need to bowl wisely and get a good start for the world cup journey.

It's 330/6 and the highest team total for Bangladesh.

Bangladesh has started well and are batting at 259/5 in 43.3 overs. Around 320 they would be able to reach it if they have wickets in the hand till last else they could even get all out under 300 which could make the chase for SA easy unless Bangladesh could turn the magic of spin and take wickets quickly.

I am also started to believe it. South Africa will easily going to have a 300+ run target. They have good record to chase high scores but remember Bangladesh has good spin attack. If Bangladesh somehow manage to win this match then South Africa will be in trouble.

I gotta say this is very good showdown from Bangladesh. I personally did not expect that. I knew this team has ability to play good cricket but I never expected this level. Seems like they are giving very hard time to South Africa.

Does anyone have any idea about their lower order batting strength? If they have good batsmen in the lower order then they will easily cross 300 runs I think and in that case I see South African are in trouble.

Sakib and Mushfiq is playing wisely. 124 after 20 overs. great rr. If both of them can continue next 10 overs, 350 will be an easy score because we have some good hitter batsman at the lower order.

As far as I know the betting dept of Bangladesh is not bad. Shakib, Mushfiqur, Mahmudullah are some batsmen who has huge experience in their beg. I will only feel safe if these three leave the pitch early.

Soumya is a bonus for us. We still have left Sakib, one of the most consistent performer Mushfiq, Mahmudullah. I can still predict the score is going to be 300+.

Don't forget what we have now. Have you forgotten 2007, we only had Ashraful and inexperienced Mash, Mushy, Sakib, Tamim. They all have grown up now with more strength. Mushfiq is one of the most consistent batsman on the world. Sakib is no. 1 all rounder for now and have been for a long time. I can't remember if anyone had such long time.
By the way, in 2007, we played against Pollock, Kallis, Ntini, Smith, Mark Boucher, Harshel Gibbs.
