I did not watch the semis as did not have access to the internet but heard people talking about it and keeping their all hopes on Dhoni. Checked the players scores and they say "teen tigada kaam bigada" which suits today's play. Rahul, Rohit, Virat all getting out for 1 which implies our loss was sure. Congrats to NZ and its fans as they truly deserved their win.

Dhoni played his best from the beginning till 2/3 overs before Jadeja got out. Jadeja had no choice but to go for big since the RR was increasing but if Dhoni would have a couple of boundaries, then Jadeja could have played if he got a perfect ball.

It's all over for India and as per my calculation I have lost around 0.1BTC in this world cup (F***, I could have set up my own book maker website with this money LOL). I am done with gambling except joining in pools and if there are any free bonus from the bookies I am with. I still have two bets alive.

Gambling will mostly make people lose and this is one another example. I can understand the feeling on how you might be feeling on losing 0.1BTC and the hopeless comments of never returning back to gambling.
I also think that at the start of today everyone was hopefully that India will easily win this match and much money must have been booked on Indian Win. Gamblers much have lost million billions today.

Either you are stupid or didn't watch the match. I was not talking about earlier of the match, two previous over where Jadeja got out, Dhoni wasn't trying to get a big hit. He was still looking at single which is why Jadeja had to go for big.Jadeja could not do much if Dhoni was not holding the wickets from one side it's true and the other truth is that Dhoni could also relax and try to play comfortably except waiting for the final end overs (last one or two overs) when the pressure already built up to top of the mountain.
No one remember a losing team not matter what you have done in the ground.
3- Are we still in the era where the subcontinent teams (Ind/Pak) are unable to play where the bowl is moving and we only are champions of the flat pitches.

No one needs to fight here but we need to understand some facts about Indian team.
1- Rohit Sharma scored 5 centuries in this world cup which means that Indian middle order never faced any pressure. This is the first time Sharma was unable to provide the start and the batting collapsed. You cannot win the WC with a single Batsmen.
2- Virat showed he is a defensive captain as he made Dhoni come at no. 6. If Dhoni could have come at 4, he could have played himself and also helped other players around him
3- Are we still in the era where the subcontinent teams (Ind/Pak) are unable to play where the bowl is moving and we only are champions of the flat pitches.

I think it will be the same as of 2015, Australia vs New Zealand final. NZ will lose and once again Australia will prove that they are the ultimate champion, 6th title, I can't believe.

Two consecutive semi lost for team India, that hurts. NZ bowling was a bit higher today, they played awesomely. Indian middle order is poor, proved in this world cup.
Congratulation to NZ and I believe they will be more energetic in final.
Bowling was best from both sides in this match even we can say we watch best bowling of the tournament but sadly batting from Indian side was very poor specially all top five down without any resistance was turning point. Congratulation to NZ and I believe they will be more energetic in final.

This statement proves how stupid people like you can be. MSD did what he was expected to do just like always and took the game deep from a horrible position. Jadeja got the confidence to hit thanks to Dhoni being on the other end.Fucking direct throw as well.
Its obvious that the top order and first half of the middle order were pathetic today. 1, 1, 1. What the heck is that? Especially disappointed in Karthik(6 from 25) and Rahul. The Indian bowlers were phenomenal though just like the New Zealand bowlers.

TBH today Dhoni done great job and give chance to Jadeja he was mentor of this great end but sadly direct run out hit done all damage and now most of peoples saying Dhoni done not great job but today I will give all credit to him for bringing this match so close for India. Dhoni and Jadeja were the glue in India's inning. I love to bash Dhoni, but tbh Dhoni did precisely what was needed in a given situation "Anchor the inning," and he did brilliantly. Unfortunately for him and India, he got run out.
All credit to Kiwis, they bowled like a champion and demolished the Indian top and middle order. If it was not for Dhoni and especially Jadeja, India was about to see humiliating lost. In the end, it was a good game.

Karthik is an experienced batsman and Dhoni still yet to bat but nothing big name to say after Dhoni so atleast there needs to be 100 runs partnership before Dhoni comes in.
Atleast they need to fight for their win.
