Holly shit the scores are tied and the world cup will be decided in the super over, this is the first time we are seeing a super over to decide the world cup winner, England has attacking players who will knock the ball out of the park but i am not sure who will be striking for New Zealand, only Taylor can hit the ball out of the park and England is batting with Stokes and Buttler. It is a nerve racking match for every cricket fans  Grin.
I think Jofra Archer will bowl for England.

You guys are seeing the best ever world cup cricket final match?!!!!!!

It's super over!!!

WOW!

Stokes is the hero for England.
Really the best of all time cricket world cup final.

Really good play from both the team.

The four run that went unintentionally during the throw for a runout is the game changing moment in my view.

Stokes has made this happen and lets find the hero of the super over.

So far New Zealand were unlucky. Bolt stepped on the rope while he clearly caught the catch of Stokes (I do not blame Bolt by the way). The extra four runs from hitting the ball in stokes bat from the throw of Guptill (nothing wrong from Stokes and Guptill here).

I think the best thing to do is in case of ties both user splits both prizes.

Ex: If there are 2 (or 3) people tied for 1st position, then they should both Share the 1st and 2nd (and 3d) position prizes equally, The same thing should apply If have 3 or more ties, they split the prizes equally. That's the most logical approach IMO.

Its game of nerves ladies.

Its anyone game from here on. England has made 80 Runs and still 80 + 80 = 160  runs still need to be made. Who will keep the neves.
I can't keep my nerves.

Edit:  Morgan Out  (Its a catch of the tournament)
For now, match is almost out of England's hand. RR is beyond 6 and it's increasing. If NZ can get Butlar or Stoke before 150, they will officially win the match  Cheesy
The match is more interested than I thought.

~ Divide the prize of first place only by three? In this case we will see more people in the winning list and will share the prize. We may also see 1st place users were getting less prize amount than 2nd or even third place holder :-P
This doesn't sound cool that 1st place will get less than 2nd. Better you divide all of them equally.

Buttlar and Stokes are looking comfortable now and they can easily take the game away from NewZealand.  Its time NZ take another wicket otherwise it might be too late.

New Zealand is in the driving seat. The only way England can save this match is to make a big partnership between Stokes and Buttler. If any of them gone then England will most provably out!

History LOL

~snip~

In case of a tie in the first position, ignore all those who are tied and give the prizes to 6th , 7th and 8th position. Grin
Or you may divide the prize to the first 10 toppers . Cheesy  (Easy for you to calculate)
:-P

Guys I need some realistic feedback. Please.

How do we share the price then:

~ Add the prize for 1 to 3 and then divide them by three for the top three?

Sorry, I never thought that we will have that close competition which will need more clear terms.

England only need to play 50 Overs (and not bowled out) and they will Win this final.
Bairstaw gone now. It's not that easy as you think. Can you guess now why NZ can't hit. England had bowled well, so does NZ. The pitch is helping as well. Looks like it will be hard for England to win the match.

The last 5 overs are important for New Zealand. If they manage to score 250, it might be a competitive score. England has a long batting line up and NZ has to make sure they at least score 250 and then defend it with a decent bowling attack.
Well seems like England is taking the advantage of the last five overs. Another soft dismissal and this time Grandhomme. If you guys is not going to play shot then don't hit! There are no point of hitting soft.

I do not understand the approach from NZ batsmen. Why aren't they were hitting hard. Most of them got catch out by hitting a half hearted shots. Even the last ball was ducked by NZ batsmen. Strange.  Huh

5th gone and it was a poor short from Nesham. It's now I think safe to say NZ will not get more than 250. In that case, England will get an easy win. What do you guys think? Will it be more than 250?

250+ still look achievable. However, I think any score below 300 could be easily chased by England.

Don't forget the semis also feels like same but the low score is enough to defend the team India to reach final so they might recreate the same thing here as well.

AFAIK India could have won the game if the match had continue the same day.

Aha! This is interesting :-P

Did you guys notice it?

Yes, I noticed this from the semi finals.

A win for New Zealand would see you claim first prize, any thing different will see myself and/or win the 1st and second prizes.
