Please check the worker's stats at the pool website. Are those shares shown as stales ?What stale percentage is shown there ?

It looks like an old account of [Tycho]. All the posts are deleted but the sig and website refer to DeepBit. Explains why I didn't get a response to a few PMs too.

My buddy requested instant payout but did not receive it. :( He can't see a transaction logged on BBE or Blockchain.info.
The tx information linked is: blockchain.info/tx-index/689bf4a34eaafac285b4952109dc4790d7d35c4ac6cf82576ba783fc18b53ff1 but it just says 'transaction not found', is there anything he needs to do to fix it?

Why would any sane person still mine PPS at this pool? The fee is predatory. 
why would anyone mine PPS anywhere... for steady zero variance payouts and 7, 6, 10% fee (except Mt.Red)?? Are you sellin' your coins?
