is linked to a block which blockchain.info claimed solved relayed by IP 83.169.22.26

FTFY

right! relayed! but can also mean solved! nobody knows! IP 83.169.22.26 is a datacenter location with 4 hosts this means this is not a hobby project, it has a sense --> http://bgp.he.net/ip/83.169.22.26

EDIT: BTW there exist a big player since two days! who is it??? --> http://blockchain.info/blocks/83.169.22.26

EDIT: 83.169.22.26 is your new DC location because this IP is connected to your own blocklist on your own website.
Sorry, but you are wrong again. This IP is not mentioned anywhere on the pool's site or in my posts. Why are you telling that this is our "new DC location" ?
Please read my previous post again, it says that you can't reliably find out the IP of any node that really mined any given node. Sometimes you can guess, but it depends on many other things.

please take a look at your own block stats:

01.09 05:16:12   1h 18m   226   4388165    0.00249786

EDIT: meanwhile it was corrected somehow by blockchain.info
BTW services please make correct and transparent statements to improve services quality! this means no semiprofessionell services founded by guessing! thanks!

EDIT2: in the meantime most of the blocks in your block stats are relayed by this IP 83.169.22.26

83.169.22.26 is a new datacenter location of deepbit.net but the mined blocks does not appear in the blocklist of the website!
You are telling this like you know for sure Smiley

1. As it was said many times, blockchain.info is very inaccurate in terms of detecting the source of blocks.
It would only work if that site is connected to every mining node in the bitcoin network AND propagation delays are consistent.
2. There is no way to tell what is the IP address of a block's origin. Bitcoin network is p2p and any block can be relayed by most other nodes.
A mining node can be not connected with "wild" nodes at all and only relay blocks via known "friends" or proxies.

Yes, there are better ways to find block origins, but just seeing that some block was received from given IP is certainly not a reason to say that we moved to a new datacenter Smiley

please quote my whole statement including my correction! thanks!

EDIT: my fault! the blocks appear in the blocklist with IP 83.169.22.26. time stamp on blockchain.info and deepbit.net is different according to UTC and non UTC.

Nice job keeping deepbit stable and useful for miners. You hard work has been rewarded by quite the pool
speed jump lately. Good for you.
Thanks :)

Think for yourself
whats better PPS or Proportional ?
my rig is 1.4Gh
Actually there is not so much difference, and it doesn't depends on your speed.
If you are going to mine for weeks or months, then you'll get more with Proportional because of lower fee.
If you are planning short-term then PPS may be better.

Thanx   Cool

It depends on luck.  Luck has been pretty good lately.  But when it's bad PPS is better for the short term.

Linux since 1997 RedHat 4
As I've mentioned earlier; there are pools out there that they take SEVERAL DAYS to solve a block. Two or three hour solving used to be ''good luck'' in terms of DeepBit.

That's why we mine here; don't we? Roll Eyes

times of 5 hours to solve a block are gone. pure luck? i don't think so!

I do. I'll bet you 100 btc that it was just luck.

waste of time.  Wink

EDIT: quality and speed of the network connnections of the datacenter are essential in this game. to explain everything with pure luck is easy and cheap.

I'll bet you 100btc that it has been luck up to this point, within a 95% confidence range. Not easy, and, because you'll lose, not cheap either.

If you don't have 100btc I'll be happy to bet any amount you can afford  - I'm low on cash at the moment Wink

enough of bet happened here in the past. let us keeping clean this place here! --> http://betsofbitco.in/
organofcorti - please do Smiley
I'd enjoy making some money off him also Smiley
Though the most likely outcome will be that Gyrsur wont make the bet and you'll have wasted whatever fee it costs to set up a bet ... (i.e. betsofbitco.in's cut)

This morning, I requested an immediate payout of 10.09 Bitcoins to my locked payment address.

However, clicking on the date/time field, which normally brings up the transaction in block explorer, only
results in an error page "Error - No such transaction".  >:(

Please help!
I need your help to improve the website usability.
If you requested this payment manually then you saw a special page with complete explanation of the situation, especially including that "Error - No such transaction" message. But since you are still asking about it - can you tell me why that explanation didn't helped you ? Was the translation wrong or something else ?
If you tell me about the cause, I'll try to make that help page better for other people too :)

Also you can open your advanced settings page and switch from blockexplorer.com to blockchaininfo monitoring site - this will allow you to see unconfirmed transactions too.

Gone, yes.  But only until they come back.  And 5 hour blocks will come back from time to time, they always do.  What pool is it different on?

with this technical setup we won't see 5 hours so quick again! want a bet? --> http://betsofbitco.in/

"Error - No such transaction"

This morning, I requested an immediate payout of 10.09 Bitcoins to my locked payment address.
About half an hour later, I expected to see the 10.09 BTC in my wallet, but they were not there, not even unconfirmed.
I then clicked on the "Payment" tab in the deepbit console and saw the outgoing payment listed.

However, clicking on the date/time field, which normally brings up the transaction in block explorer, only
results in an error page "Error - No such transaction".  Angry

What gives?
Has deepbit just stolen 10.09 BTC from me?
Can somebody help me?

My locked payout address, which I have used for more than a year now, is 1PCP6C9KuGgHzT9tF1UXYgHXXAmzFxkimA
But don't bother looking for today's 10.09 transaction in block explorer - it never showed up in block explorer.

Please help!

it's on the way. time of transaction was 2012-08-26 15:02:47.

EDIT: no fee. maybe it will take longer.
