I have contacted postimage.org admin and this is the answer:

My hypothesis was that images are now served from postimg.io rather than postimg.org (but there's a redirect in place as you can see), and this forum's proxy doesn't handle 301 redirects properly. But then if I change the URL to https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fs20.postimg.io%2Fbu3xicobx%2FSoulgate_Project1.gif&t=567&c=WPaRNI_CNKUTzA , it doesn't work anyway. Please try uploading a new image pointing to .io - perhaps this proxy has security features like this c parameter that prevent a modified URL from being served.

So I replaced ".org" with ".io" and it's working. But still waiting for an alternative way to make them showing...
