I never experienced what you experienced. but with a different case. I sent an email and send all the evidence. and get a response from jack fortune. maybe you can mungunggah secrenshoot here

I have very good experience with support so if your issue is still unresolved than you can ask from live person which is available on site and it is more quicker and fast way to sort out this one.

I totally agree with you, i am using fortunejack for more than 1 yr and still i dont got any issues with depositing and withdraw even their poker table are very fast and genuine, their is no bot of site is playing with anyone. Their free roll tourney is also very good.

since op's post are so complicated to read , just wait and see they confirming this problem and i believe on them will solve this.

You shouldn't go away this is an outrage. These guys run campaigns and things here. Its all good when they making money and want their pay it runs just smooth but as soon as you want to withdraw a huge win all hell breaks out or rather everything is calm and relaxed as they ignore you hoping you go away. Each person that gives up and goes away is profit for them and makes them want to do it again and again. Soon they might think they can do this to any one any time if they keep getting away with it. Hopefully people like you will make an example of bad service or cheats. Good luck !

Right you know Im not a person that usually complains but I recently starting playing at Fortunejack. My first impressions was nice slick interface and a good selection of games. I was only there for the freerolls because Poker was recently introduced. I played a few tournis and won a little so I decided to play some Blackjack everything was running fine until the dealer had a 5 and I had 22 in my hand I tried to split so I complained to their service personnel. Well I thought they should deal with my problem in a timely manner I checked my email still no reply this is day 1 so maybe it was just a dodgy connection so I opened Blackjack again and again it happened so I lodged another complaint. Day 2 still no reply in my email so I continued bombarding messages to them until I got an answer. They eventually replied and said there tech department has 3 days to deal with my problem. I contunued to play a different variation of Blackjack and this time after I hand I lost it wouldnt let me play the next hand and showed a screen "excessive delay" which I thought was ridiculous since I hadnt left the computer and was trying to play. Well I contacted the department on day 4 and they said they needed more time so I thought 1 more day wont hurt I continued to Blackjack and amassed around 50 mbtc playing on low stakes. Day 5 I emailed them again still say they need more time. Day 6 / 7 they then turn around to me and say they have no record of me playing blackjack on my current account ? I was just playing Blackjack when the emailed me. Now during all this time I was getting constant disconnections to my Blackjack game so I thought hell going to raise my bet this casino service is so lousy I doubt they even pay me anyway so I raised my bet to 5mbtc per hand as soon as this happened the dealer magically kept getting blackjack and I also noticed a delay in the card dealing once I clicked on the higher stake. Once again I got the 'excessive delay' notice and again I sent a copy to their lousy service department. Now maybe its was rude of me but I sent them an abusive email and also posted on the forum waiting 7 /8 days for an answer to a problem was getting me upset and them fobbing me off we excuses was ridiculous I have gambled at Coinroyale many times and their service is second to none and I played hands of up to 500 mbtc their with wins and losses. Well I lost a total of around 70mbtc which yes I got for free but I will never deposit to this casino as Fortunejack is obviously rigged when you raise the bet and their service is the worse I ever come across during my years of gambling online. I will no longer play at Fortunejack and I would advise you to not deposit because if anything was to go wrong they wouldnt acknowledge it as a problem and still on day 8 / 9 I havent received an answer to my first problem. Fortunejack dont deposit there or you will regret it.

I never Deposites at FJ , but I only tournament poker game at FJ

Not sure about anything else but honestly their support is the best ever in market. Their agents are able to help and understand the problem very quickly.
In recent times I did not encounter any problems with their sites so very rarely I have contacted their support but all the times I had a nice experience with them by getting solved my problems at those times.

I would like to say something here, seriously FORTUNEJACK PLEASE READ THIS : The chat you have in your site just makes me feel like I am talking to another gambler, they have 0 knowledge about casino and if withdraw stuck or any other problem they just say WAIT, in my life I ever seen such bad support. Sorry though I like your site.

We have checked on your game in our system and ID 4407961462  of your played game in BJ has the open status dated  05/02/2016 14:38:10. The  "open" status is due to disconnection of the you from the game.The reason for that could be either you  left the game on purpose, or were disconnected due to network difficulties on your end. As for the supposed WN ... you can log back into the game and finish the hand any time, afterward the status of the hand will change to close.

Please, prior to posting wrong accusations read the mail we sent and please try to post a rational assessment of this case.

Thank you and have a good day.

Wrong I tried several times to contact you and you said you would deal with my case and after how many weeks you come up with the feeble excuse of a disconnection. Many times I tried to continue the the hand and it just simply crashed I told your support on several occasions that this was the case but still you chose weeks to inform me I am truly disappointed with the level of your service from one of the industries figure heads.

Once again, we told you several times that to get the quality response from us required time. You cannot solve the issue such as yours in 1 day. Your case took a bit time since we were waiting the reply from our vendor. Finally, when we had the answer we submitted it to you.

No you didnt you swept it under the carpet and ask me if I was satisfied with the answer. Even now you cant even apologize with the way you dealt with my complaint and as I told you it wouldnt let me finish my game anyway no point with arguing with idiots.

it was always the same you contact support no one answer you just post in bitcointalk and you get your answer and sometime with bonus XD
anyway i wish that you solve you problem many users had the same before and tell about this bad service so i didn't try this site to say my opinion but see your experience in this site i think that they need to improve their serveses to keep there costumer and don't lose anyone.

Now, If support is asking you to hold on for a minute is because they have to check the transaction code to find out the reason why it has been delayed for crediting.
