Your story is a bit difficult to read and understand. Try creating some paragraphs instead of one big wall of text. We need to know where a new section of your story starts.

Is it not possible that their system does not allow splitting two aces? I know every casino has different rules about splitting and doubling etc.

Seems also like you were on a 5 day "hot streak" winning more than you should and than complain about losing when you increase your bet size. That is called variance. It is best not to increase your betsize like that, because one loss at 5 mbtc removes all profit from 5 wins at 1 mbtc.

you mean that you wanted to split but the system hit it for you and then you got 22?

It is unfortunate  Sad Fortunejack have a problem like this
But you have evidence on this issue ? I mean some screenshots when you bet, people usually believe after seeing evidence
such as withdrawal problems a few months ago, all completed by support after waiting 10 days of investigation

Right you know Im not a person that usually complains but I recently starting playing at Fortunejack. My first impressions was nice slick interface and a good selection of games. I was only there for the freerolls because Poker was recently introduced. I played a few tournis and won a little so I decided to play some Blackjack everything was running fine until the dealer had a 5 and I had 22 in my hand I tried to split so I complained to their service personnel. Well I thought they should deal with my problem in a timely manner I checked my email still no reply this is day 1 so maybe it was just a dodgy connection so I opened Blackjack again and again it happened so I lodged another complaint. Day 2 still no reply in my email so I continued bombarding messages to them until I got an answer. They eventually replied and said there tech department has 3 days to deal with my problem. I contunued to play a different variation of Blackjack and this time after I hand I lost it wouldnt let me play the next hand and showed a screen "excessive delay" which I thought was ridiculous since I hadnt left the computer and was trying to play. Well I contacted the department on day 4 and they said they needed more time so I thought 1 more day wont hurt I continued to Blackjack and amassed around 50 mbtc playing on low stakes. Day 5 I emailed them again still say they need more time. Day 6 / 7 they then turn around to me and say they have no record of me playing blackjack on my current account ? I was just playing Blackjack when the emailed me. Now during all this time I was getting constant disconnections to my Blackjack game so I thought hell going to raise my bet this casino service is so lousy I doubt they even pay me anyway so I raised my bet to 5mbtc per hand as soon as this happened the dealer magically kept getting blackjack and I also noticed a delay in the card dealing once I clicked on the higher stake. Once again I got the 'excessive delay' notice and again I sent a copy to their lousy service department. Now maybe its was rude of me but I sent them an abusive email and also posted on the forum waiting 7 /8 days for an answer to a problem was getting me upset and them fobbing me off we excuses was ridiculous I have gambled at Coinroyale many times and their service is second to none and I played hands of up to 500 mbtc their with wins and losses. Well I lost a total of around 70mbtc which yes I got for free but I will never deposit to this casino as Fortunejack is obviously rigged when you raise the bet and their service is the worse I ever come across during my years of gambling online. I will no longer play at Fortunejack and I would advise you to not deposit because if anything was to go wrong they wouldnt acknowledge it as a problem and still on day 8 / 9 I havent received an answer to my first problem. Fortunejack dont deposit there or you will regret it.
